This villa has 2 bedrooms plus a den, 2 bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchen, great room, washer and dryer and large screened-in patio over-looking a natural environment. This is a end unit with an enclosed garage.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and TV.
The guest bedroom has a queen bed. The den has a sleeper sofa.
Additional TV and DVD system are in the great room.
Community pool is across the street.
This condo is just like being at home!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very comfortable and had about anything you needed. Fiddler's Creek is a wonderful area. Brad and Paula were super people to work with. Very accomodating and pleasant.

If you're looking for a top notch, worry free, full amenity playground, this condo is the place to be. The beautiful creek and close pool only add to the fully-equipped beautifully furnished condo. It is a repeat vacation spot that just keeps getting better and better! Brad and Paula make you feel like family.

We stayed at the Carlson's place in January and February 2013 for the first time. We were delighted by the extra amenities that were offered over and beyond the other places we have rented. Just a few extra amenities to mention was a Keurig coffeemaker, full cable television, wireless printer, and bikes.
The condo was clean and well maintained. I would recommend this condo and Fiddlers Creek to anyone looking for a home away from home vacation spot. -

What a great place to stay especially with kids. The pool is literally across the street which makes it so perfect. Place is super clean and very nice. Would come back here in a heart beat.

This was the second time I stayed in this condo and was just as pleased this time as the last. The condo is exceptionally clean and comes with all the amenities to make you feel right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped, although in all honesty, with so many great restaurants nearby, it didn't get much use.
I especially enjoyed spending peaceful mornings drinking coffee out on the lanai, looking out a the creek that runs through the complex, or walking across the street to the pool.
Conveniently located in Naples, dining, shopping and the beach are all just minutes away.
I look forward to spending many more Florida vacations in this condo. -

I cannot say enough about this place. A lovely, peaceful location that is close to restaurants, shopping malls and beaches. Although, with the pool just across the street, it felt like our own private place. It is very spacious, fully equipped, and is furnished and maintained to exceptionally high standards. The owners have even put bikes in the garage which we enjoyed cruising the sidewalks throughout Fiddler's Creek and felt very safe. For an incredible outdoor family adventure, we suggest taking the two hour guided kayaking tour at Rookery Bay Nat'l Estuarine Reserve. It's located just a few minutes away on Shell Island Rd. and is great fun!
This is our third stay in this condo and we definitely plan on staying here again our next visit to Naples. -

Fiddler's Creek is one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. It's a fantastic place on immaculate grounds. The condo is amazing and Brad and Paula are the nicest couple you're ever going to deal with. They are super friendly and great to work with. I've been vacationing at their first-class condo for the past four years and it just keeps getting better. The condo has everything you could possibly want to make your stay enjoyable. It is top-of-the-line in all aspects. It has a great fully equipped kitchen, a large great room and dinning area, three nice bedrooms, two nice bathrooms, a great lanai with a view of the creek that runs through the complex, and every room is beautifully furnished. The condo is in pristine condition. Marco Beach is about 10 minutes away with great restaurants and downtown Naples about 15 min. You will love your stay in this super great condo. I can't wait to return.
