This beautiful villa is situated in Naples on Floridas Gulf Coast and is only a short drive to Marco Island. Furnished to a very homely high standard the three bedroom, two bathroom villa has everything for the relaxing vacationer. The villa itself is situated on a small sub division within the Lely Resort and has spectacular views from the patio area direct over the golf course.
As well as your own private pool and spa the community also has its own pool and spa which is heated all year around. Guests who stay at our villa have complimentary use of this facility.

We spent just five days here at the end of September and wished we could have stayed longer. This is a lovely house, exactly as shown in the pictures. It is spotlessly clean and very well-maintained and decorated, with high-end appliances in the kitchen. The pool area was wonderful, with plenty of recliners and a useful dining area and BBQ grill. Although on a golf course, we hardly saw anyone pass by the rear of the house so seemed very private. We would love to come back!

We stayed at this home for two weeks in august, 2012 an dabsolutely loved it! It was clean, quiet and the owner was always available to assist especially with our concerns during the hurricane warnings. It was so relaxing to lay by the pool and get into the spa without rushing to get a lounge chair which we have to do in most hotels and resorts. Our vacation was certainly that--a vacation with all the amenities of home too. What more could you ask for?

Stayed in this villa for the month of May 2012. Lovely and comfortable. Great to have your own private pool overlooking the golf course. Excellent location for the I-75, Tin City, the Miramar Outlet Centre - a must for bargain hunters and also the many excellent golf courses nearby. Really good rental price.
We hope to return next year.

We had a great stay! I had my concerns in the beginning because the outside photo of the villa was not the exact unit, but was assurred everything was accurate on the inside, and it was. The outside was very similar to the other villas and the screened-in front porch was nice to have. We had a white egret visit out front the first day! The location was convenient to the local highways and shopping as we liked to visit different beaches every day. I did expect the spa to be heated or given the option, but it was not. Overall the villa was very clean and staged well. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this rental and hope to come back again!

Stayed in this house as part of a two centre holiday(Orlando first week) was the perfect place to relax sat at poolside overlooking golf links
a short journey into Naples to sample beach and nightlife
