Our villa is situated in the private gated community of Briarwood, about 10 minutes from downtown, the beaches and City Dock, and very convenient for local supermarkets, banks, etc.
The pool deck, with pool and spa, is South facing,very private and secluded, and overlooks a beautiful lake with a fountain. The villa itself is very well equipped.
It is furnished to a very high standard, in a light, modern way to complement the Floridian Lifestyle. The master bedroom has tile floor, a king sized bed, TV and en-suite. The second master has a queen sized bed, and there are also two

This was a family reunion of sorts, to introduce our new Granddaughter who lives in Frankfurt, Germany to her 90 year old Great Grandfather in Naples, Florida. Hannah and her parents arrives tired but excited. We had everything we needed! A high chair and Pack and Play bed complete w/ linens and blankets for the baby. The adults were delighted with our bedrooms also... Very comfortable beds and luxurious linens. We were well equipped in the kitchen as well and cooked up some delicious meals on the grill and on the stove, eating outside on the deck or inside in the dining room. We didn't leave the house much; weather was cool and Red Tide kept us from the beaches, but we basked in the sun on the deck and soaked in the hot tub at night watching the full moon rise. Beach towels were supplied also!
The Coopers were very good communicators and every question was answered prior to our arrival. Instructions for gaining access and making ourselves comfortable were meticulate. We are already making arrangement to return next year... Our reunion was a success thanks to the Coopers! We are grateful! -

A very well equiped and spacious property maintained to a high level. The property overlooks an ornamental lake that can be viewed from the master bedroom and the pool area.
The facility to have Wi-fi at the property was very welcomed. The digital TV channels available on the flat screen in the lounge was very good. The villa had a wide range of film Dvd's available to view.
The owners have been a delight to deal with regarding any questions and have responded promptly to all our correspondence.
This property has been the best that we have stayed in over a number of vacations in Naples.
It is located within a short drive of the Coastland Mall and the beach at Naples pier. There is a well stocked Publix supermarket approx 5 min drive away.
The owners had numerous beach towels available for our use along with beach umbrellas and chairs.
Item of note: It is near a municipal airport but in no way did the aircraft noise give us a problem.
Would not hesitate to return again. -

We absolutely loved this villa,everything about it was truly exceptional. The location is really super,local amenities are easily accessible and Naples is really fantastic. The villa itself was immaculate with no expense spared on decor and furnishings. my husband and I made good use of the available golf equipment. in addition the beds were very comfortable and the air con was most welcome in the summer heat. I would thoroughly recommend this villa.
