Description
This has one of the best views of Lake Arenal. The house sits on a side of a mountain that runs into the lake, approximately half way up. Monkeys, toucans, parrots, and so many birds are always around. There is a patio with a fabulous view of Lake Arenal that has a gas Bar-B-Que grill available, patio furniture. The living and dining room faces the lake with a patio for dining or just enjoung the spectacular view.
The location is near the town of Rio Piedras,between Nuevo Arenal and Tileran, about 26 miles to Tobacon Hot Springs, The Hanging Bridges, the new Canopy Tram, and the Arenal Volcano, boat trips to Monteverde and more. This is important when comparing rentals, as some are on the south side of the lake, and Tronadora, which doubles the distance to these must-see locations. Its central location also makes the beaches of the Pacific Ocean a two hour drive, but the climate is cool and lush.
The lake is very clean and you can swim, fish, or boat there, and there is a nice short excursion, to Lake Coter (about five miles away). There is a nice canopy tour here, and the famous bottomless lake.
We bought this property after searching Costa Rica from top to bottom. Lake Arenal has the perfect climate 70 to 80 during the day and cool evenings. This is truly paradise. Great for families and/or very romantic for couples.

This is open concept Living Room, Dining, and Kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The new house is brand new built in 2017 and is well appointed. Fully equipped kitchen and all linens supplied.
We enjoy the clean air, water, and food in Costa Rica. We always feel so healthy here. We are constantly discovering wild life that are so amazing to be in our garden. We like to go to the hot springs and I particularly love to go zip lining. My husband loves photography and there is no shortage of opportunities for amazing shots.
