The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen with new stove and microwave, washer and dryer, large family room, 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom, easy access to the back yard patio and private fenced in backyard. The house is located on the corner of Charlestown and Exeter Blvd. It is a little less than 1/2 mile from Scarborough State Beach 5-10 min walk, and a 5 min drive to Roger Wheeler State Beach and Salty Brine State Beach), Block Island Ferry, South County Bike Path and the Port of Galilee. It is a short 20 minute drive to many area golf courses, Newport, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun casinos. Narragansett offers many activities all summer long including the Summer Music Series in the Park, Concerts on the Beach, Weekly Dancing at the Tower, fireworks, play grounds, fishing pier, surfing, Pier Market Shopping Village.
