Your condo provides luxury queen plushtop beds in both bedrooms. Hi-speed internet service by Comcast along w/ cable TV and DVD player are also included.
Your condo is just 4 blocks from Vanderbilt University. The downtown honkey-tonks are less than a mile away, just a short $6 cab ride after an evening of fun.

Recently I traveled to Nashville with 4 other women for 3 nights. This was perfect for us. Two full bathrooms were essential as was having a kitchen and living room. The condo is in a great location (only about 1.5 miles from Broadway and other attractions) and when we took a cab for the 5 of us it averaged about $12 total. The condo was clean and stocked with that we needed. The owner was very friendly and easy to reach.

Nestled in a hospital complex not far from the Vanderbilt campus, this was an affordable two bedroom, two bath plus a kitchen alternative for the same price as a single room in the hotel chains. The furnishings are a tad old, but the everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Could stand a larger TV, but the wifi worked well as did the heating/air conditioning. Very quiet re: neighbors and traffic.

The condo itself was quite nice and had plenty of towels, washer & dryer, tea, coffee, etc. I was hoping it would be more walkable to get downtown, but there are other bars within walking distance, and cabs are cheap and accessible. Overall, a great place for the price.

We pride ourselves on providing what we think is the best value in Midtown Nashville. The condo now has wifi for everyones tablets and notebooks, laptops, etc. While we are a little over a mile from the downtown honkey-tonks, we also have parking right outside your door.
(Not what you would find in a downtown hotel!)

Travelling with daughter and her husband, we wanted affordable accomodation that gave us space, togetherness and privacy all in one. This was perfect. Basics covered, clean, comfortable, kitchen, washing facilities.. we loved that we did not have to find a laudromat.to get us around and they were so slow to respond at times and that was frustrating, but not a fault of the accomodation.
