Stay in our NEWLY REMODELED beautiful fully furnished one bedroom condo right on Music Row. Our condo has a queen bed (Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress) and a state of the art queen sleeper that has no bars or springs. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything that you would need to cook a homecooked meal. The entertainment console has a 37 inch LCD TV, a DVD player, a wireless printer, and wireless WiFi. There is also free parking in the rear of the condo building.

My sister and I stayed here for three days in the spring, and it suited us perfectly! It is in a great location, close to downtown and walkable to several of the places we wanted to be. The neighborhood was fairly quiet and friendly and we felt at home quickly. It was also very nice to have the full kitchen and several of the "comforts of home" that the Gaskins make sure are available to their guests.
A great alternative to a hotel for a comparable price! -

Toronto3 Days in Nashville - Not Enough!

Our only disappointment was not being able to stay longer at this beautiful, centrally-located condo in Nashville - probably our fault for underestimating the number of things to do and see. In addition to the well known, country music-related attractions, we very much enjoyed the world-class restaurants (Etch), the symphonic hall tour and a visit to The Hermitage, home of President andrew Jackson. As well, the location of the condo permitted us the opportunity to walk to attractions in the center of Nashville.
You can skip the visit to Fontanel, the former home of Barbara Mandrell and her husband, unless you love excess and tackiness.
We had very efficient communications with the owner - keys were provided as were excellent directions to the location. The unit was very clean, modern, and well-appointed - there were more than expected kitchen extras that don't always come with Vrbo's. All the appliances were of the highest brand quality and seemed like new.
We found the directions provided for the Wifi and the wireless Printer to be excellent. In our experience, having a printer is rare and we found it to be very helpful for Google maps, tickets to events, etc.
We definitely would stay here on our next trip.

What a wonderful place to stay for a visit to Nashville. Condo is in perfect condition. It was convenient to everything that we wanted to visit. We considered it a "real find". Thank you so much for all the time and care you put into it.

I loved this place and want to stay again! It was beautifully turned out and spotlessly clean. Divine bed. the location is a 7 walk to Starbucks, Panera, or a 15 minute walk down Music Row to the bars of Division and Broadway streets, Brewhouses, Tin Roof. a slightly further walk brings you to The Gulch and the wine bars and restaurants there. and an amazing Health Shop. plus, lovely and quiet, set amongst the various music and media production businesses of Music Row area, i loved seeing these houses that are businesses as I went about the area, Downtown is a $7 cab ride.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was perfect and the value was unbelievable! We were able to comfortably stay (two adults and two elementary aged children) here and were in close proximity to everything we wanted to do. The owners were really great to work with. We have already recommended this condo to people looking to vacation in Nashville! We would stay again in a heartbeat.
