The Gulch neighborhood is a very popular downtown Nashville destination. Restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and other attractions are footsteps away from this condo building. Free transit is provided by the MTA Green Circuit, which connects to the rest of downtown Nashville.
The Gulch is a nice central location, which is convenient to all of Nashville, especially the West End / Vanderbilt / Belmont area, major medical centers, and Hillsboro Village. Very short drive or cab ride to other destinations such as the airport, Opryland area, Belle Meade, Franklin and Cool Springs.

This is a wonderful condo that is clean, modern and very comfortable. It is in a fabulous position, close to some restaurants and an excellent cafe and also close to the city. A free bus to city centre is across the road.
Jason was great and met us to give us any necessary information and answer any questions we had.
The only reason I did not give a 5 star review is because it was advertised as a 1 bedroom condo, when it is, in fact, a studio.
This is, however, a great choice for a Nashville visit and I would absolutely, stay here again, should we return to Nashville.Response from Jason - 03/08/2013

Thanks for staying, and for the review! I just wanted to clarify regarding the studio comment. The design of the condo has led to this confusion in the past. There is a bedroom separate from the living room, although there is a large opening between the two. At this condo building, we do have smaller floor plans which combine the two rooms and put the bed in the living room. This is not the case with my condo. Therefore the condo building does advertise my floor plan as a one bedroom. In the future I hope to add a bit more separation between the bedroom and living room, which should clear up the confusion :-) Thanks again! It was great having you in my condo!

Jason's apartment is a convenient and fun location. It is very close to Nashville's nightlife and restaurant scene. It is a great place to stay for someone who wants to be close to the action with an apartment that is easy to maintain.
Jason was very accomodating with a request to change to cable service, and the apartment is in very good condition.Response from Jason - 07/02/2012
