THIS PROPERTY WAS ON SEASON 2 EPISODE ONE OF THE SHOW "NASHVILLE" AS DEACON AND RAYNA'S DREAMHOUSE...ALSO IN ANOTHER EPISODE ON 4-23-14 AS DEACON'S LAKEHOUSE.. ALSO A BRAND NEW HOT TUB WILL BE UP AND RUNNING BY MAY OF 2014!!!!!!!!! Views, views views!!!!!! Sit back and relax in the 10 rocking chairs on the 700 square ft back porch and watch the Cumberland River roll by. Very private, no neighbors close by. Just deer and turkey and every kind of bird that Tennessee has to offer. And only 1.5 miles from Opryland Hotel and the Grand Ole Opry. Bring your pontoon boat or jet ski or just catch fish off the private covered dock. There is a boat launch 1 mile from property! This home was built new in 2010 but it looks like you are stepping back in time. Sleeps 12 and every bed has a memory foam mattress. Also bring your toddlers to the fenced in playground area on site. It also has a tankless water heater so your family and friends won't have to waste time getting ready for the days activities.

Viking gourmet gas stove, pink fridge with ice maker and a 1900's farm sink. Washer and dryer on ground floor. The hardwood floors came out of the old Atlanta pencil factory. It also has a library for those quiet times. WE JUST ADDED A FIREPIT AND SOON WE WILL ADD A HOT TUB..

It also has an outdoor grill and a fully stocked kitchen, just bring your own food.

If your teens get bored take them 1 mile down the road to the go carts, arcade or putt putt golf or to the Opry Mills Mall and Theater that has 20 screens and an IMAX 3D. Also there are two golf courses within 4 miles. Great restaurants are also only 1.5 miles away. If you are looking for some night life or titans football, downtown Nashville is only 10 minutes.

The first floor has an open floor plan with a wall of windows to capture the view. Large living room with two seating areas, two dining areas and a 55 inch TV. The master bedroom has a KING bed and a cozy sitting area. The master suite has a very large bathroom with a walk in shower and a claw foot tub. Also on the first floor there is a library, powder room and a laundry room.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms have QUEEN beds, 1 bedroom has two twin beds. The common room upstairs has a QUEEN sofa sleeper and 2 twin sleeper chairs with a 46 inch TV. The upstairs bathroom has a claw foot tub and a shower. ALL BEDS HAVE BRAND NEW MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES,,, IF YOU HAVE NEVER SLEPT ON ONE OF THESE YOU ARE IN FOR A TREAT!

Vacations are for resting, relaxing, having fun and making memories. There is no better place than on the banks of the Cumberland River.
