This gated community and villas property is a tranquil getaway spot where you can wake up to the cool island breeze and the sound of birds chirping. A large swimming pool is just downstairs and if you require an even more breath taking view, you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes, see the sunrise and feed the seagulls.

Montagu Villas is a tranquil gated community on Village Road and is in a superb location with close proximity to everything a traveler may need. The beach is within a 10 minute walking distance, and nearby shopping malls, banks, grocery stores and fast food and local restaurants are all within a 5 minute walking distance. Local buses are accessed easily and key tourist locations such as The Atlantis Resort & Paradise Island, Downtown shopping districts, movie theaters and cultural hot spots can all be reached within a 15 minute car ride.

This nice sized one bedroom rental off the beaten path in the heart of Nassau gave my family plenty of reason to come back soon. Located about 2 miles from Paradise Island and a mile from Montagu beach we could not ask for anything more. The service was outstanding and any questions we had were addressed immediately. We have stayed at many resorts on the island and by far this place is the best value.

USAIt was a nice place to stay in Nassau.

We stayed for four nights and enjoyed it. The place was clean and comfortable it had all the amenities of home except a blow dryer and great water pressure; which is typical all over the island. Duran (the owner) was great and very helpful when I had requests. I recommend using the bus service to get around we felt very safe and the locals were very friendly. The pool is clean and well kept or the beach is an easy 15 minutes walk. On one of our trips to the beach we met a lady named Betty who sells fresh ingredients down by the fish docks. She provided us with recipes on how to cook fresh snapper and white crab as well as all the necessary ingredients; it was fantastic. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

UKA superb base for exploring Nassau

We just spent a fantastic week at this apartment, which completely lived up to and exceeded all our expectations. Spotlessly clean and well maintained, with comfortable furnishings. When we arrived, there were four ice-cold beers in the fridge which were extremely welcome after our long journey! Everything we needed was provided, there were plenty of towels and extra bedding, water dispenser with spare canisters. If we had to find a fault, it would be with the water pressure in the shower and kitchen sink, but this is probably beyond the owner's control and certainly would not prevent us from staying there again. We would definitely recommend this property to all, and very much hope to return!
