Could not have chosen a better place, thank you for sharing your paradise with us. Wonderful owners, Barry & Diane had everything ready for us. Little extras like fresh fruit, fresh cold water, very appreciated after our plane trip. Ocean view was amazing, our own little area for an ocean float on a warm afternoon. Perfect place away from the busy downtown to relax and enjoy Paradise Found. Thank You, we will forever have wonderful memories.

We stayed at Paradise Found for 7 days for our honeymoon. The place is awesome and as advertised. The owners Barry and Diane are exceptional people, very attentive. We were welcomed with a gift basket of truffle chocolates, fruits (home grown apples and bananas) from the owner’s garden, cheese, crackers and Diane’s homemade pepper jelly that is to die for!!! She also gave me a jar to bring home to my mother (sorry Diane but it did not make it to my mom’s) and a couple of CD’s with traditional Bahamian music, which we played a lot while hanging out in the deck downstairs and upstairs balcony. Barry showed us around the first day; everything is nearby. The supermarket is about .8 of a mile; less than 5 minutes driving and 15 minutes walking. Property is located in a good neighborhood; we walked to the stores a couple of times. Down the road there is also a few eateries such as Wendy’s, Marco's Pizza (really good pizza), KFC, QVC pharmacy and a liquor store. There is also a fresh seafood market not too far from the house. Paradise Island is about a 10 minute drive from the house. The place is super clean; as clean as you would keep your own home. Beautiful views from the first floor master bedroom, just a few steps from the ocean. Great views from every window on the second floor; the place is spacious and had everything we needed. We only had to shop for food and beverages. Booking this property was a breeze. Great value! Barry and Diane were very informative and answered my every question…and I had plenty of them. When we first decided to book the property we were a bit skeptical because the address to the house did not have a physical address. In the Bahamas people prefer to name their houses instead of numbering them. So please do not be hesitant (like I was) you’ll be missing out! The house is about 30 minutes from the airport. Fyi, by law taxi drivers cannot charge you more than $35-40 for taxi rides, especially to this location. The property, bedding and mattress, kitchen ware and utensils are in great condition. State of the art air conditioning system, big flat screen TV and a gas grill which we used a lot! We received our refundable deposit before we even got home. Barry and Diane we love you guys. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!! Can’t wait to go back!!!

Insieme alla mia ragazza abbiamo trascorso una settimana da sogno. Questa location è veramente meravigliosa, la casa si trova direttamente sul mare, è completa di ogni tipo di comfort. à grande e spaziosa, si può cenare o fare colazione ammirando il fondale del mare dal terrazzo, si può fare snorkeling accedendo dalla scaletta sotto casa. I proprietari Barry e Diane sono di una gentilezza e disponibilità uniche e hanno fatto sì che il soggiorno sia stato indimenticabile. Assolutamente consigliassimo!!!

My husband and I were lucky enough to find this great property and at first were only booked to stay 3 days but luckily we got to stay here for 5 days! The photos don't lie, the views are amazing, the apartment is huge and there is really nothing it's missing:) everyday we ate breakfast on the top floor deck enjoying the morning sun then ventured to the lower deck and enjoyed suntanning and snorkelling. We saw lots of beautiful tropical fish!
And your hosts Barry and Diane are great people! Any question you have about the island they are more then willing to answer. Because of the weather/wind we weren't able to go to the beaches on the west side but thankfully this property offered us the sun, relaxation and water:) thank you again Barry and Diane! Lieu et accueil au-delà de nos espérances.
Les propriétaires sont des gens charmants et pleins de ressources.
L'appartement est impeccable et tient toutes ses promesses.
La vue est époustouflante du levée au coucher de soleil.
La mer, à nos pieds est parfaite pour nager et faire de la plongée mais non recommandée pour jeunes enfants ou personnes âgées.
Le propriétaire a créé un jardin tropical en face de la maison et nous le fait visiter avec fierté.

We (my husband,17 year old son and me) have just returned from our stay at Paradise Found and this house was perfect. We knew we had found something special as the whole time of our stay we kept wishing our friends were there with us to share in on such a great place. The pictures do not do it justice as it is so much better in person. The house has so much charm, but the real charm comes from the owners Barry and Diane. They have thought of everything for the home and it made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. A real home away from home, truly. It was so nice having them right next door if we needed them (which we didn't, but it was nice chatting with them when we got the chance - Lovely people!). Even going so far as driving with us to show us the local market for groceries. We were not interested in staying in a busy, noisy hotel with no personality and this house was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet, clean and as I have mentioned incredibly charming! Sitting out on the balcony watching the sun rise, enjoying my coffee and at night watching shooting stars, and guessing cloud formations was always the perfect begining and ending to our days/nights. Snorkling off of the lower patio (stairs right into the ocean) was also so much fun. Of course, Barry and Diane had snorkling equipment available for us to use. We made use of the BBQ there by buying fresh lobster and having a "lobster fest" one night. I cannot wait to return and there is no question as to where we will stay. Thank you Barry and Diane for really enhancing our vacation with your lovely home.

Paradise Found was truly our home away from home. The ocean off the deck was even more beautiful than the pictures. The owners, Barry and Diane were very helpful and we now consider them friends! Barry shared coconuts from his garden and Diane shared her recipes! It was an awesome vacation for our family of five. Our 12 year old twins and 8 year old daughter loved snorkeling from the deck every day. We saw a leopard ray, a stone fish, red star fish and many other smaller ocean fish! It was more beautiful than the pictures and had everything we needed to make our vacation as comfortable as home. Thank you Barry and Diane! We will try to make it back next year for our 20th wedding anniversary!

The house was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 teenagers, and we were truly able to spread out and relax here. It was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. The best part was sitting and enjoying the view of the beautiful ocean, as well as the owners Barry & Diane. They are so welcoming and friendly, it feels as if we've made lifelong friends!

This townhouse is truly Paradise Found. My husband and I traveled to Nassau with our 8 month old son and the owners had provided us with both a high chair and a pack and play, making it so much easier for us. The townhouse was beautifullly equipped, clean and very well maintained. The owners were very easy to get in touch with if we had any questions. The view is spectacular and breathtaking!!! This townhouse is conveniently located and it was a quick drive to get anywhere we wanted to go.
This is the perfect rental for anyone looking to enjoy Nassau!!! -

The property and the owners exceeded our expectations. Located in a quiet, beautiful and private residential area of Nassau. Could not be closer to the water (open the lower bedroom door and after two steps you can jump to the water). Fish and snorkel right from the patio. The home was very, very clean and had everything we needed (believe me, if the house does not have it; you don't need it). The owners are very hospitable and always available if you have any questions (this was our first visit to Bahamas and they helped us a lot by showing us and suggesting many different places to visit, showed us the area and pointed the best transportation options, it is very easy to get to and from down-town). Loved the boat ride and reef snorkeling trip. The coconuts Barry gave us were delicious. We even swam with sting-rays due to the fact that we stayed here (try that in atlantis and see how much it costs).
Barry & Diane; we want to thank you again for everything you did for us, you made this our best vacation yet. If this website allowed me I would give you 12 stars rating, 6 stars just doesn't really say it. The only thing I regret is having booked the house for only a week.

Incredible. Walk into the ocean from the deck. Manta rays playing daily 20-ft away. 30-ft from the fridge to the water. Snorkel right there several rocks covered w/100's of fish 30-40 ft out. Quiet and less expensive then Paradise Island (total rip-off $10/beer $20/drink).
Nice kitchenette - we bought lobster (avg $10/ea) and fish from the locals at Montague Park and grilled nightly. The best!
The owners!: Let us pick out of his garden (1 acre) anything we wanted - tomatoes/basil/herbs/...had his workers climb the coconut trees crack and serve us the juice (milk?) right out of the seed. Nicest people ever. Barry and Diane we loved them.

This property exceeded our expectations for our family. It is located in a peaceful residential area of Nassau with the most gorgeous view of the ocean. Our sons enjoyed fishing and snorkeling daily from the patio. The home was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for the most relaxing vacation in many years. The owners very hospitable and always available if you have any questions. We plan on returning again.
