I wasn't going to comment on our poor rental. I was sent this request, so I am following through. Mold in the bathrooms. No wifi. It gets worse, but I don't have the time to divulge all of the reasons this rental will not be recommended.

Two friends and myself checked in to Navarre Properties located at Summerwinds Condos, Navarre Beach, Florida, and were instructed to get parking passes from the offices of Beach Colony, where we were staying. We did so, but were told that there were no parking passes and to check back with the rental agent. We did so, and were told by the agent "not to worry about it.”
The condo was furnished adequately. No bedside lamps. Faulty coffeemaker. Two of the showers were so filled with mold we were compelled to purchase mold removal spray and clean them ourselves.
On Friday afternoon, we smelled an unusual odor, a cross between natural gas and something burning. It emanated from the laundry room where the washer/dryer, hot water heater and back side of the main air conditioner vent were located. I called Navarre Properties, advised Shakira of the odor and a maintenance man appeared within an hour. After initially calling Navarre Properties, we vacated the premises simply because we were coughing and our eyes were burning. The maintenance man told us he could not find anything and there wasn't anything else to be done. I called Shakira at approximately 4:50 to let her know we were uncomfortable staying in the condo overnight. She offered a refund and told me that I needed to make up my mind whether we were staying or going because the office closed at 5:00. So, we hurriedly packed up our things, turned in our keys, received a refund, and were left to fend for ourselves as far as locating other lodging. All in all, a most unpleasant experience. I don't remember ever having been treated so shabbily.

This property is truly exceptional. I never give perfect reviews on principle, but this came extremely close.
Not everything totally applied (i.e., check-in and service) as we used the condo during "off season," but had we needed such, we knew that had any help been needed, it was only a phone call away.
This wasn't our first visit, nor will it be our last.
You don't have to go far to get to everything you could possibly want. You could even walk for the basics to several local places to eat as well as the nearby gas station/convenience store for "essentials". A quick car trip connected you to nearly everything within a couple of miles.
The view (16th floor - facing the Gulf) is nothing short of amazing. You could always hear the waves and had a front row seat to whatever: including beachcombers, spectacular sunrises and sunsets.
The condo itself:
o Fully furnished w/everything you could want including plenty of extra towels, fully furnished kitchen, 4 tvs (1 in each bedroom as well as the living room), washer/dryer, etc., etc., etc. The mattresses are softer/thicker than mine at home. The lounge furniture on the balcony is nice too. It was a bit too cold to "soak up the sun" but coming from the "snow & ice conditions" of Merrimackr, NH, Cleveland, oh and Minneapolis, the temperatures were quite balmy.
o Great decor: Casual but "classy" in a very friendly/appealing sort of way. Obviously a "beach" decor but everything is very comfortable and is set up well.
o It looked like everything had just recently been cleaned - not "deep" cleaning, but much more than just straightening up: the feeling that everything had just been dusted, wiped down.
What did we like best? Everything! It's a total package providing the comforts of home while away from home. What did we like least? Our only serious complaint was that our stay ended as soon as it did.
