This penthouse has top of line upgrades in many places, however with this type of living space one would think they would make the shower stall in the master top of the line as well. It was full of mold at the bottom. The penthouse also needs some sort of vaccum to sweep the floors with as well. We spent most of the time constantly sweeping sand with a good ole' trusty broom. The hot water heater did not last long for 4 people to take showers and if someone turned on the water or flushed the toilet within the penthouse you were quickly taking a ice water shower. We were also advised that the pool was heated, however it is not.

My wife and I take a yearly trip to Navarre, and usually bring family/friends with us. I can honestly say Sundunes 194 is our favorite unit so far! From the master bath that looks out over the Gulf of Mexico to the enormous balcony, there are plenty of spectacular views. Watching the sun set over the island from this lovely unit's living space was absolutely a highlight of our annual trip to Navarre Beach. Just turn on the Bose Wave Radio, open the sliding doors and let the serenity of the moment take hold of you. It's the last high-rise building on the island, lending The Sundunes more of a "best kept secret" feel than what the other large condos provide. The master bed and bath are well appointed and accommodating. The third bedroom, while large and comfortable, has a very limited view through it's window,and the second bedroom has only twin beds, but affords a view of the sound through its window. No worries, though. Watch dolphins and rays as you cook breakfast in the spacious kitchen. Take an afternoon nap to the sound of the waves crashing. Enjoy a sun-drenched walk to one of the island's eateries or the pier. Let go of your worries and have a superb time at Sundunes. Overall, this is a great rental. An excellent value, peaceful surroundings, and fantastic view are just a few of the "pros" to vacationing here.

The Sundunes 194 is a very comfortable and welcoming condo. The furnishings are beautiful and everything is well furnished if you want to cook in. My husband and I stayed with my sister, brother inlaw, nephew, my father and his friend. Everyone was very comfortable with there furnishings. We will definitely recommend this condo and hopefully get to come back and enjoy this again. Thanks

Much care and class has gone into the upgrades here.
Already rebooked for next year. Very welcoming.
West end unit view alone worth the trip.
Never did get the wifi to work however. -

Navarre Properties has always provided good service. Better than the other local management companies. 194 was very nice, nice building and well equiped. The only problem was the 3rd bedroom and bath. It is a tomb. Dark wallpaper, no overhead light, table lamps have black shades. The only window faces the elevator, so it's dark and can't be used for light since anyone can look in. I had to use a flashlight to see into suitcases, even after removing the black shades. This will affect our decision on future rentals.

Our stay at this location was wonderful. The condo and its amenities were perfect, very clean, very spacious, and words can not describe the vies from this penthouse. The only downfall was that the pool is very small, but we really didn't spend much time there anyway.

In 16 years of going to the Gulf coast we have stayed in some nice places but this was the BEST!! The area is quiet and peaceful and the home is great. The decor is so tasteful and the views are to die for. We really didn't want to go out to eat or shop. The views are just as beautiful at night when all the lights down the island can be seen when you are seated in the living area. The photos are good but they just couldn't do it justice. When things get really stressful I think about our days and nights there and it helps!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was spacious and nicely furnished with a gorgeous view. The people at Navarre Properties are accomodating and easy to work with. Only a couple of issues; one was that the jets in master bath tub didn't work, other is that in the 1st bedroom, there was no tv. Other than that, very nice!
