We had a great Spring Break vacation! We got to the area a little early so I called Dale E Peterson office and they were able to get us in our condo early!!! Our condo was very nice! Great views, we were able to watch dolphins almost every day!! Take your binoculars for sure! The grounds were very well kept! Our kids really liked the spacious bunk beds, it was almost like having there only little space. This condo had everything you could think of, even a crock pot that I used since I forgot my own! The only real negative for us was the king size bed in the master is very firm, which isn't our preference. We enjoyed our time and hope to return one day.

My wife and I rented this unit for five weeks, off season. Accomadations we perfect,well maintained and easily eccessable for seniors(that's us). Wonderful view from our balconey overlooking the gulf! Made up our minds that we will be snow birds from now on! Very affordable.

Great condo! Just me & my husband went this time but there was plenty of room for at least 4 more! Watched dolphins swim by every day, pelicans & seagulls were so cute! Close enough to Destin for the hustle & bustle but we like the more secluded Navarre! We will definitely be back! Making reservations & check in/out were painless!!

This was our first time to Florida and we loved every minute and will return next year for a full week instead of 6 nights. I hope to book a two bedroom and possibly a 3 bedroom next year to bring my whole family... Brother, Mon Dad ect...

The condo was nice but on the average side. The beach was by far the best I have ever stayed at! We saw more marine life there than we have ever seen at any other beach. We saw a giant sea turtle off the pier, we dorve down the beach to where its isolated and saw 3 sting rays, a school of fish (probably 100 or more), and we saw so many dolphins off our balcony that it was unreal. The last full day that we were there, the dolphins were showing off by doing tricks up out of the water and coming really close to the swimmers. It was great!

This was our 2nd yr with you. Mold on shower curtain,mold on ceiling. Dirty dishes in cab., soiled sofa, dirty fan blades(could see dirt on fan blades - did not use). Killed large roach. Last night in 703E loud alarm and flashing lights went off at 12:20 and 4:20 am. For $260.00 per night it was a very bad vacation experience.

Beautiful area, excellent views, however, this particular unit was not that clean, saw a very large cockroach! It was really the dirty dishes and carpet, the crumbs in the pull out couch, etc that all added up to a not too clean feel. Stayed at other Peterson units before, so this surprised me.

It was a great time. The condo was beautiful, but there was not much beach an the umbrellas took away from the beach and the bed needs a memory foam or something cause it is so firm. I would go back. The view is gorgeous.

My husband and I stayed at Summerwind Resort Rm 703 East, and wow, what a relaxing time we had. Being that I was seven months pregnant, we really didn't do much but relax. But it was nice to have the restaurant next door. Even through I couldn't drink, they have some pretty good food, just small portions (or maybe I am just eating big!)
Check in was super easy, Dale Patterson sent me a code for the front door, and that was it. We never had to check in or check out. No problems what so ever.
The condo was nice, perfect for a couple, but it would also be good for kids considering the bunk beds. We were never disturbed by neighbors except from the cigarette smoke coming from other balconies. The place was very clean, and everything seemed to work just fine. The king sized bed was a little firm but comfy. Also the TVs were somewhat aged, but that really didn't bother us (at least there was satellite TV). Seaweed on the beach was somewhat plentiful, but I was told it stays like that until the first big storm blows most of it in from offshore. The pool and hottub was nice, except there was usually small children filling both most of the time. It would be nice to reserve the hottub for just adults.
All in all, it was a great stay. We would definately stay here again, especially with the price we were able to get (~$99/night). Hope to do it again soon, except with kids!

Several things were wrong: (1) outside light (at front door)was not working; (2) blown fuse on side of counter where toaster and electric can opener were. No back-up manual can opener; (3) ridiculously low water pressure in shower...almost impossible to rinse shampoo from hair!
The condo itself had really "cheesy" furnishings; but the trip was still very good...mostly because of the unseasonably warm weather for December 30th!
I would like to commend Brandi at the Navarre office for being so helpful! She arranged for us to contact the beach service and we were able to get our two chairs and umbrella for the 3 days we were there! Brandi always goes above and beyond to help us each time we come to Navarre! Good Job! -

The condo was fantastic! Everything was so nice and clean. Every thing that we needed was there. The location and view could not be better. Close to every thing. We shopped on Black Friday at the Silver Sands Mall and went canoeing on the Black Water River on Saturday. (The only down side I have, is the TV offered very few channels and the smoke alarm was too sensitive.) I can't wait until next year!

We stayed for a week and it was just a wonderful vacation. The condo was nice, I personally think they could decorate these rentals more to give it a more "homey" feeling, but that's okay, I understand why they don't. The condo was very, very clean. The dining table had rolling chairs so that you could position yourself to watch tv from anywhere, which we like. We like to watch TV, though, and that is the only reason I'm rating this 4 stars instead of 5. The tv was an old style television with a remote that was taped together. And the remote worked some of the time and sometimes it didn't. I would expect that in 2011, all condo rentals would contain a more up-to-date tv and remote, it would've been nice. Other than that, it was a great place to stay and dealing with Dale E. Peterson was very easy!

What a great condo! Super view and close to the pier where my husband could fish while I relaxed on the beach.
The floors were a little dirty but when we called they came immediately and redid the floors.
The toilets could use some attention. They don't refill well and sometimes run continuously until you figure them out.
The kitchen is well stocked with dishes,pots & pans, potholders, and extras. Remember to bring some baggies or tupper ware for storing leftovers in fridge and spices for cooking.
All in all, had a great time and would stay here again.
Not a lot of restaurants in the area but we were there just to relax so it was fine.

When we entered the room 703 we thought it looked very nice, but as we settled in we found that the cable had been disconnected. After getting that taken care of we went to make out sofa bed and found that it had dirty sheets still on it from the people before us, and the springs at the bottom of the bed were broken and one corner of the mattress fell through the frame. The condo was not clean things were very dusty, there were holes in the master comforter, and mold on the shower curtain. I would have expected better if I had only paid $50 dollars a night let alone $200 plus. I was very disappointed with the condo. On an up note the beach was beautiful and we enjoyed our time there.

The condo 703E Summerwind was very nice. Checking in was very confusing and a hassle. We paid for the condo several weeks in advance and were supposed to be given a code to get in the condo, we never received the code, in fact correspondence with dale e peterson company was very minimal and probably the worst I have had with renting a condo.If I were not persistent the woman we spoke to would have had us drive to Destin from Navarre to get the code, ridiculous! Both toilets were faulty, had to hold the lever down and at times open the back and giggle the stopper. The beach was nice, and the complimentary chairs and umbrella were a nice surprise. Great view of the ocean and pier. Fisherman would like fishing off the pier. The beach attendant always seemed to be bothered. I gave him a $20.00 tip at the end of 4 days and he seemed offended. We found the 2 bars nearby to be closed on Monday and had to drive to Fort Walton for a good seafood dinner, when arriving on Monday it too was closed. Went to Juanas near our condo and had a terrible overpriced meal. If you like a nice beach with nothing else to do this is the place for you, if you want a nice meal or nightlife, go somewhere else.

This was by far the most convenient and relaxing vacation I have had. The condo is great -- all the conveniences of home and the location could not have been better. Right next to the beach, beautiful view from the balcony and casual bar/restaurants walking distance away. My family will definitely stay at this property next year.

We loved that the condo is next to the fishing pier. It was easy to walk over for a couple of hours and then go again later in the day. It was a nice perk that two chairs and an umbrella were provided each day. We also enjoyed going down the beach to the national seashore for an almost private early morning walk. The condo itself was clean with lots of towels. My 9 yr old loved sleeping on the hallway bunk. The appliances were showing their age--the microwave made a loud, vibrating noise. It worked but we were a little afraid to use it. Other than that very small issue, this was a great place for a family visit.

We rented a one-bdrm. condo for 4 nights. The condo had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer. It was spacious, clean, quiet. The view from the 7th floor was beautiful. We especially liked being able to go straight to our room upon arrival without having to check-in and not be bothered by "maid service" during our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

This was my first visit to Navarre Beach and my boyfriend and I absolutely enjoyed it. This was our first vacation together and we were not disappointed. I would recomend this property to anyone who wants to have a great vacation experience. This was also the first time using Dale E. Peterson rentals and it was a pleasant experience as well.

This was a last minute trip to see my son who had leave from from the Marine Corp that weekend. The condo was very clean when we arrived---we recieved the condo earlier than expected and were very gratefull of that. Everything was clean and we attempted to leave that way because of that. I guess the best compliment I can give is that there there were no complications and everything went very smooth with the rental. I would definately recommend Peterson rentals to anyone. No muss--no fuss.

Had perfect weather for our Spring break. The room was priced right , clean
and well appointed. Cold fridge, comfortable balcony seating and all
necessary items for a great time are in stock for this unit. On the other
hand, the pier directly in front of this unit, is still under construction. The
noise of machines constantly beeping and grinding all day was extremely
distracting, intrusive and annoying not to mention the smell from the
exhaust that filled the air. Shockingly, there was dangerous rusty debris in
the actual shoreline. The workman were a mere 15 feet from the shoreline
and ruined the view with boats, cranes and large barges. The access to the
Gulf was blocked by their equipment and of course the general "getting
away from it all" feeling was ruined. No matter what time of the day it was,
we never saw any marine life from our balcony as we have enjoyed in recent
past stays and we assumed it was because of the construction activity.
Stayed Sat.-Sat. therefore we only had one solid day (Easter Sunday) of true
peace and quite. I would stay again after all construction is completed. I
called Dale E Peterson to inquire why they did not mention the construction
before I booked and my intelligence was insulted as she defensively
explained how they were completely unaware of any current ongoing
construction. I was offered 20% off for a future stay.
I would have much preferred and appreciated the discount be applied to the
current reservation or even some complimentary voucher for activities or
dining that could have made our actual stay more enjoyable. -

The condo was one of the best I have stayed in. So well supplied,furnished and was a great stay. Loved the beach, and the exercise room.
I am not impressed with Navarra Beach, no place to eat. Bayou Bobs food is terriable, the one on the beach isn't open for lunch, and having to drive to
Ft.Walton or to Pensacola was a little much.
I'm sorry the weather caused usto leave before we had to, but Hurrican to me means run,no matter where it is going to come on land. -

We could not have asked for a more perfect place for our honeymoon. The room was perfect with a beautiful view of the ocean. The beach and pools were clean and well taken care of. Everyone we came in contact with was very helpful and friendly.

We had a great condo overlooking the Gulf. The pools were great and one was "warm" for the cooler days in April. The beach was clean and we loved having the chairs and umbrellas available. The condo suited our needs. We will definitely return!

I cannot say enought about the vacation. First of all, I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Dale E. Petterson Vacations. We were dealing with storm damage six days before our trip and they were so understanding and accomodating. They were a big help to us when we were not sure we would be able to come. The accomodations were excellent. It was very clean, tastefully decorated and well maintained. They sent a maintanence person to change a lightbulb. The view of the beach was great. We saw dolphins from the balcony. The beaches were beautiful with the white sand. The town of Navarre had everything we needed and the people were friendly. Attractions were close enough to enjoy easily. There are not enough great things to say about our vacation experience. All our entire family has done since we came home is say how much we want to go back.

Our experience exceeded our expectations. The condo was beautiful, very clean, had everything we needed. Our experience was very satisfied from checkin to checkout. The young woman that checked us in and out was very kind, considerate, helpful and made our process go very fast. We had an issue with a drawer in a dresser and chair in the dining room and after we placed the call someone came within an hour ro fix it. Everything was very nice , the view, condo, pool, everything. After viewing your site and booking our condo, I recommended your site to several in the my daughter's wedding party. Three other members stayed in the Summerwind and my daughter and husband stayed in another condo rental through your establishment down the beach. We have told a lot of our friends about your company and how much we liked it.

It was an amazing experience (Navarre Beach Towers)... the staff was very nice and I loved the fact that they trusted me and my friend considering we were only 18 at the time. We were very pleased and very responsible. We hope to rent again! The weather didn't really matter because the fact that we were in such a beautiful establishment made it all worth while however 2 of the 3 days were gorgeous outside. The hot tub stayed busy but considering their are 3 usually we could manage to find one to join. I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay!

Our stay was restful and enjoyable. The kitchen was more than adequately furnished for cooking and serving meals. Bedroom and bath arrangements were comfortable. All the rooms were clean and pleasant with the exception of a rather persistent odor of cooked fish which permeated the condo no matter how much we circulated fresh air into the rooms. If we had thought the problem would last all week, we probably would have requested a different place. Once settled in, although annoying, it didn't hamper our enjoyment of the condo to any great degree.
