Atlanta, GAValentines week at the beach
Left on 04/03/2013 for a stay in February 2013
What could be better than a week at the beach in February? Ok, there were a couple of rainy days but we were there to simply realax and enjoy the salt air so we just stayed in and watched the waves on those days. The beach is wonderful white sand and the water is clear. Access to the beach was great with the walk pictured above. The unit was wonderful. There is a view of the gulf from both the living room and the upstairs bedroom. This place provides all you could want even a George Forman grill, and it is an easy drive to lots of places to eat good local seafood, Pensocola Beach and the 360.
We have already recommended this place to friends of ours and I think at least one couple has booked a trip. So pack your flip flops, sun tan lotion, and a towel or two and head on down. -

Romantic Beachfront Nest
Left on 03/03/2013 for a stay in February 2013
The most wonderfully decorated and appointed townhouse just a boardwalk from the Gulf, with a bed comfortable enough to guarantee languorous nights and mornings. Perfect for a romantic getaway for two, with all the comforts of home. Even the technically-connected will enjoy the great aV and strong, clear wifi that even works on the decks! We loved that it's away from the highrise portion of Navarre, closer to the Gulf Islands National Seashore Park.

Left on 02/02/2013 for a stay in December 2012
Seps away from the ocean, great sunset viewing, beach walking for shells condo. Loved the retro decor. We drove from MN. Brought our bikes with to cruise around the area. We were here over New Years. Great restaurants...our fave was the Cactus Flower Cafe. Took a canoe trip on the Coldwater Creek which was fun. I'd love to return during a warmer season to swi, in the ocean...

One of the best small condos we've ever stayed in!
Left on 11/25/2012 for a stay in November 2012
Living in New Orleans, we are lucky to travel to the Pensacola/Navarre area about 6 times a year so have stayed in many different condos the last few years. As a couple, we are always looking for that perfect small condo. And we found it at Southern Breeze #4! We just returned from a perfect Thanksgiving getaway, and absolutely loved this unit! We especially liked the gulf-front proximity, ease of parking/unloading and condo amenities. We are already planning our next stay here.

Left on 08/24/2012 for a stay in June 2012
The most relaxing week we have had was spend at this 1 bedroom townhouse. A short walk outside our door to the beach and inside was decorated and as comfortable as any rental we have stayed in.
We have been staying in Navarre Beach for 4 yrs and I can honestly say this was the best appointed and most comfortable townhouse we have stayed in. We will definitely try to duplicate this vacation next year.

New Orleansrelaxing, comfortable, original, charming, delightful.
Left on 08/24/2012 for a stay in August 2012
Quiet, relaxing getaway on the Gulf. Check in was easy, desk staff friendly and helpful. Well insulated walls, never heard the neighbors on either side. Charming, private beach. Wonderfully equipped kitchen and a great grocery store nearby; welcome packet comes with a $5.00 coupon! Bed was very comfortable, balcony right outside. Woke each day to the sight of the blue-green waters and frolicking dolphins. Decor in the townhouse is fun. Really loved every moment of our 5 night stay. Day one, the gulf was still and quiet. Each day forward there was a little more wave action. Enjoyed watching the daily afternoon thunderstorms approach, very dramatic. Loved the tiled shower stall...great shower head, and you can shower while looking out the glass doors, through the bedroom and to the sea. Did not use the provided washer/dryer... there was a mildew buildup in the rubber seals, probably because the door really ought to be left open to dry out. Drove over to nearby Fort Pickens, with more beautiful white beaches, many falcon nests, a delightful seaside drive. We'll be back...

new orleansWhat One Pictures In an Ideal "Gulf Coast Getaway"
Left on 08/24/2012 for a stay in August 2012
Found through a Vrbo website search, which described a two-story single bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse directly positioned on Navarre Beach. The advertisement description and pictures of this uncharacteristically chic beachfront chalet in Navarre was very accurate. There are about four other town homes in the building (quintaplex?), but we rarely saw anyone around, since the portion of the apartments overlooking the beach from the dune they sit on are cleverly partitioned off from each other. The balcony is a bit small and lacking some comfort (via appropriate furniture), but the view is amazing. The kitchen, bath and bedrooms were stocked with utensils, appliances, towels, etc. This is plug and play. You just walk out your back sliding doors onto the wooden walkway which leads straight over the dune into the water. The value is incredible. One of the only 'adverse' comments I have is that something like this in Pensacola or closer to Destin would give you the option of a quick pop-in for night life or major events; still 30 minutes in either direction is not bad. As of our stay, this place was clean, secure and obviously well-managed.

Lonoke ARPrivate Beach - Not So Private Townhouse
Left on 03/22/2011 for a stay in March 2011
Upside: We found the beach to be the best in the area. Very quiet and private. The townhouse was tastefully modern and we did enjoy the decor and layout of the place. If the outside living spaces were also private, we would have nothing but good things to say about this location.
Downside: The garage is too small for a standard sized car. There is no privacy on either the first floor deck (shared with all 7 tenants) or the upstairs balcony (visible to all 7 tenants). Patio doors allow visibilty into the house 24/7. The neighboring tenants arrived with 3 medium sized dogs that barked non-stop. Noise transfers from unit to unit with ease. -

Left on 03/09/2011 for a stay in January 2010
I traveled with my daughter while she was home from college. It was a Christmas gift from my husband. We had a wonderful time and loved the decor of the townhouse. The weather was perfect and access to the beach was amazing. We both teared up when we had to leave. I grew up going to Navarre and am so glad to pass this wonderful place to my children. I look forward to one day watching my grandchildren walk on that beautiful beach and find the wonderful seashells with the sun on thier faces and treasures in their buckets!!

Highly Recommend
New Orleans, LAStayed here 3 times Summer of 2010
Left on 10/21/2010 for a stay in July 2010
My husband and I stayed at this property three times this summer. I have stayed in many homes, condos & townhomes since the 1970's along the Florida Panhandle in exclusive neighborhoods and most of the properties were beachfront. Also I was in the travel industry for many years and I am "programed" to rate every hotel room, condo, home, etc. I see or stay in . I would give this townhome six stars for many reasons. It is extremely close to the beach so all you need are your beach chairs, umbrella (beach towels are provided) and a small cooler. The deck has a wonderful outdoor shower with a premium rain showerhead. The property is extremely clean and well-maintained. Upon arrival at most rentals I usually have to do a little cleaning myself but not here. The unit is so tastefully decorated with beautiful lighting, artwork, glass tiles, pedestal sinks, lush furnishings...just lovely! The kitchen is fully equipped and what I love the most is that the furniture, appliances, dishes, linens, etc. are not the "left overs" from home. Everything is high end. The curtains are custom made and the sofa has an inflatable mattress within the mattress so that you can actually consider it an additional bed. To top it all off the bed in the master bedroom is more comfortable than the one I have at home. This place is a dream. I have never written a review of any property but I love this property so much I just had to take the time to do so. The owner was most helpful in answering any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. The only issue is staircase may be a bit much for small children. In fact we will return this fall or the Summer of 2011 and hopefully for many years after!

I loved the townhouse we stayed in. It was beautifully decorated and unique! The beach was 50 feet away from our back door. The beach was spotless and not crowded at all. When we were there the cow rays were migrating so we got an extra treat! The town of Navarre was wonderful, great restaurants and nice people! My partner and I are coming back in November not just to stay in the same wonderful place...but to look at property. We found our home!

Southern Breeze # 4 was such an awesome experience. The comfortable accomodations in the living area, kitchen, bathrooms, and especially the bed were beyond our expectations. I've never stayed away from home where I could sleep the first night with ease. I slept every night with ease! The privacy offered here was so relaxing. We spent our anniversary here and would like to do so again.

We were so happy with our decision and are already planning our next trip down, we hope, in the spring! Of course, we insist that we stay in the retro style Southern Breeze rental!

Maumelle, ARA great relaxing & refreshing vacation
Left on 11/09/2009 for a stay in May 2009
The Southern Breeze is the perfect place for a weekend getaway or a week long relaxing vacation.
This condo is small but perfect size for a couple. It has all modern appliances including dish washer, washer/dryer & huge master bathroom. The bed is the most comfortable I've ever slept in !!!!! There is a guest book in the living room - every previous guest has commented about that bed. The trip was worth just getting some good rest. HDTV in living room & bedroom, also has wi-fi internet access. Just outside the sliding doors is the property's own boardwalk to the beach(about
75 yrds). The beach is beautiful & not crowded(even on Labor Day Holiday week). 30 min from Pensacola & Ft. Walton. 10 min from grocery stores & resturants. Oh yeah - can watch the dolphins most mornings.
If you want to stay on the beach, privacy, relaxation & beautiful condo - this is the place to stay. This has become an annual trip for me.
