Your family will be sure to enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 4 TV's, DVD, stereo and extra large balcony that gives you great views of the pool, beach, Gulf of Mexico and pier. There is plenty of space for your family in this 2 bedroom. There is a king in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the guest bedroom. The condo was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and comfortable---especially the beds. I recently sold my condo at Gulf Shores and I was looking for a new beach experience. The large balcony which had 4 chairs was a favorite place as the view was gorgeous. We liked being close to the pier. It was fun walking on it and we would walk over for our morning coffee and return for fish tacos at lunch---they also have karaoke in the evening. We were appreciative of the two beach chairs and umbrella which were included with the rental. The staff managing the property were friendly and kept the grounds, pools and hot tubs very clean. We would love to come back next year.

I loved this condo, it felt like home. Nicer than what I expected from the pictures. I loved that there is 3 swimming pools available and the beach was absolutely beautiful, the beach service is a nice bonus! I did call management several times before & during my stay, the services and responsivesness was excellent!

The condo was clean, nice and the view of the water was awesome. I emailed pictures to some friends and they all raved, even some who live in Florida! We even had late afternoon Dolphin shows to watch from our balcony! We had a wonderful trip and wish to thank Sally Kriech for making sure everything was perfect. Ed Wernsing

Sally with Legacy Vacations handled our booking of this unit @ Summerwind. She was very professional thru out the entire booking process. When we actually arrived and gained access to the unit is where our disappointment began. We, along with another couple and our grown daughter drove 10hrs. to arrive to a less than ready unit. It appeared that the housekeepers had made a "quick" wipe down of the kitchen counters, rinsed out the tubs, and thrown the covers up on the beds without changing sheets or even cleaning the sand out of the beds. One of the beds had not even had the sheets pulled up. Upon further inspection we found toothpaste on the bath counters, dirty dishes and cooking utensils in the drawers of the kitchen, pieces of "lettuce" all over the unit, from the living room coffee table, to the floors in the hall. Glass had not been cleaned on any of the tables, the floors had obviously not been swept, much less mopped as there was sand and filth all over. I tried to contact Legacy within 30min. of our check in on Sat. @ 3:00, and again on Mon. a.m.. After a 3rd calland two previous voicemail messages, Tue. I finally reached Sally and expressed my disappointment of our units condition. She was apologetic and said that the housekeepers had been rushed. I explained
that I did not feel the need to pay a cleaning fee on our departure as that the 1st two days of our "vacation" were spent cleaning and washing bedding to make the unit liveable. She did agree to waive the fee. This may have been a one time slip up, but I won't be booking another stay there. We have been visiting Navarre every summer for the past 10yrs, and this was a first for us. The pics on-line appear way better than the actual unit!

We really enjoyed our stay at Navarre Beach & summerwind condos. This condo was perfect for our group of 3 adults & 5 children. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the basics needed for simple meal preparations. Basic towels & linens are provided but bring your own beach towels. The washer & dryer in the condo is very convenient! The bedrooms were good sized ... Kids loved the bunk room. The master bath has double sink and oversized bathtub. The hall bath adjoins to the second bedroom. Two full sized beds a definite plus in the second bedroom, not an easy feature to find. The beaches are beautiful & uncrowded even in July. Almost no waiting for elevators! Pool area is very clean and beach access wonderfully easy. Legacy vacations was a
pleasure to work with. The keyless entry was perfect... no stress over keeping up with who has the key! There were only minor problems. The condo was fairly clean on our arrival. We requested the shower curtain liners be changed due to mildew.
This was taken care of the same day we requested it. Parents of small children beware of the door to the outside of the condo! My 2 year old could operate the lock & doorknob easily. He ran out of the condo several times alone! We had to stack suitcases in front of the sort to keep him in. A door chain or deadbolt would be helpful on this door. The seasonal beach chair & umbrella which is included with the rental is a plus. However we had a little trouble with our beach service person setting up our chairs despite repeated reminders that we would be staying for a week & would be on the beach every day.Apparently "seasonal rentals" do not get first choice at the front row either. Overall it was one of the best beach rental experiences we have had! Would definitely stay here again! Area is off the beaten path but still close to walmart grocery stores and a few fast food restaurants.

Service of legacy vacations was wonderful. The area was not what I had expected but still nice. I noticed in this area they don't have the machines to sweep/ clean the beaches early in the morning like other places and you are not supposed to leave your tents set up overnight which was a big incontinence for me with small children and plenty of stuff to haul

When we opened the door to the condo, we were well pleased with how well-kept it was. Then, when we went on the balcony we were even more pleased. The view was breath-taking! The different shades of blue and turquoise were overwhelming. If you want a relaxing, pleasant, and enjoyable vacation this is the place to visit. Sally, the realator, was very pleasant and helpful. The only drawback was the beach attendant. He tried to charge us for the beach chairs and wasn't very friendly. Other than that, what an awesome place. Very relaxing.

We didn't know what to expect only seeing the pics (and with not pics of the bathrooms), but the condo was great!! Clean with comfortable beds and enough space for all of us (wife and 2 kids) and all of our stuff. We cooked in the condo mostly, but there are a few restaurants close by, and we drove into Ft. Walton/Destin a couple of times to eat. The pools were great, the beach was close, having chairs that we didn't have to pay extra for was awesome, and the balcony overlooking the ocean was fantastic. A great trip at a great (and awesomely priced) condo!
If I had to nit pick on a couple of compaints, it would be (1) the lack of close by restaurants compared to other venues at which we've stayed (Destin/Ft Walton/Okaloosa Island), (2) the laundry room setup is backwards, and (3) there was no vacuum cleaner (may just be because people steal them). Again, no big deal. We loved it. -

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. There were a few minor issues (missing knobs on dressers and a few dents and marks on the wall but this didn't detract at all from the experience. My grandchildren loved being so close to the beach and loved the heated pool and hot tub. We searched for crabs at night with a flashlight and loved the long walks. Easy access to the causeway and the local fast food places.
