"Bahia Breeze" is a great family vacation rental. Spacious and clean. If budget is your concern, "Bahia Breeze" is a great vacation value.

Enjoy fishing, snorkeling, diving, surfing, paddle-boarding, kite-boarding, jet skiing or bicycling...all nearby. Play on the white sand beach and in the emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico just across Gulf Blvd from "Bahia Breeze." Or visit Juana's and Sailor's Grill for the restaurant, volleyball and beach activities that are located just a short walk to the sound side of the Gulf of Mexico. Want a cheeseburger, cold drink or the sounds of a "Jimmy-Buffet-style" band? That's all at the Pier Bar...again, just a short walk from "Bahia Breeze."

This IS NOT some crowded, cramped condo in a highrise, without a backyard...There is lots of room for your children to have fun. Unique design, spacious and clean. Rarely does a property combine being romantic AND fun. "Bahia Breeze" does. "Bahia Breeze" is fully equipped to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. While the décor is upscale and elegant, this unit is designed to complement the laid back comfort of Navarre Beach.

You are across the street from a public walkover which is your gateway to lots of lazy days at the most beautiful beach in the Panhandle! This is a very private townhouse! We promise you that your first visit won't be your last!

Our "BAHIA BREEZE" beach-townhouse was completely remodeled last April. On the ground level is a complete mini-apartment. The mini-apartment has it's own full bathroom and sleeper-sofa that can sleep two. The mini-apartment has a kitchenette with stove, it's own AC unit and separate entrance. There is no extra charge for the mini-apartment. ESSENTIALLY THE FAMILY THAT RENTS "BAHIA BREEZE" GETS TWO VACATION PROPERTIES FOR THE PRICE OF ONE! On the middle main level is a kitchen with new sinks, new microwave, new breakfast bar counter-top and xenon lighting. The fully equipped kitchen has sandstone tile flooring, as do the full bathrooms. There is a washer and dryer. The main level has laminate maple floors throughout and front and rear decks with full size sliding glass doors. There is lots of dining space, making "Bahia Breeze" great for entertaining. The main level has a sleeper sofa for two guests and a half bath. The main and top levels have new mini-blinds, Harbor Breeze ceiling fans and central cold AC and heat. The top level has two bedrooms, each with their own full bath. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has two single beds. There is carpet throughout, vertical blinds and large closets. Also on the top level is a mini-office area with a claw-foot desk. The top level, like the main level, has front and rear private decks with slider doors for morning coffee or just relaxing. In total, this property has five decks for enjoying the Florida sun.

Our "Bahia Breeze" townhouse is an end unit of a four-plex, so it has more windows than the middle units. Counting the mini-apartment and sleeper sofa "Bahia Breeze" can sleep eight.

NOTE: WE REQUIRE A $300 FULLY REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT ON RENTALS.
