'THE SEABREEZE COTTAGE'

This beach retreat is located on a barrier island adjacent to the Gulf Islands National Seashore which affords unspoiled nature at its best.

The cottage is just across the street from the beach and the public beach access. It was built in 2009 complete with furnishings.

This 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home has an open living room, dining room and kitchen combo with easily maintained granite countertops and porcelain tiled floors, perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. Completing the first floor is a powder room, the master bedroom with a king size bed and a walk-in tiled shower and double vanity and a l...arge rear deck for grilling, sunbathing, relaxing or entertaining.

The upstairs has 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds and 2 twin beds) and 2 baths and an open loft for entertainment or for extra sleeping quarters (2 fold down futons). Most all the rooms have windows galore which take advantage of the awesome views over the Sand Dunes, Santa Rosa Sound, the Gulf of Mexico and the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.

There are two TV viewing areas (living room and futon room upstairs). Each have a 42 inch HD plasma TV with DVD player. The living room also has surround sound.

Sister cottage 'The Sanddollar Cottage' is 5 lots to the west. Both cottages are the same and will accomodate 24 people if booked together.

Just across the street, a hop, skip and a jump is the public beach access and miles of beautiful white sandy beaches. Behind the house is an incredible view of the sound which lends itself to boating, fishing ,swimming, kayaking or paddle boarding.Read more

Additional Location Information

Navarre Beach is located on a island with the Intercoastal Waterway on the north side of the island and the GULF of MEXICO the south side of the island. There are 2 bridges that access the island the Navarre Beach Bridge off of HWY 98 and the Pensacola Beach Bridge of of HWY 98. The Navarre Beach Bridge is much closer toe the property. Just down the street is the Navarre Beach fishing pier being one of the newest and longest fishing piers in the state of Florida. Also located on the island are vendors that rent out jet skis, paddle boards, boats, and other water sports equipment. There is a dedicated bike and running path along Gulf Blvd which is the main street on the island. The house will accommodate 4-5 cars parking under the house and in the drive. Please be careful not drive off the pavement ion the sand you will be stuck without 4 wheel drive.

  Had a wonderful stay at the Seabreeze Vacation Rental, kids had fun looking for sea shells on the beautiful white beaches, and the adults enjoyed lounging on the porches enjoying the views. We had plenty of room and the house had all the amenities of home. We will certainly recommend to our friends and hope to come back and enjoy another family vacation in Navarre Florida.
