This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 2600 sq.ft. townhome offers beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. As you make your way up the stairs you enter an open floor plan of inviting decor. This is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare your next meal. With a glass top dining table for four entertaining is a breeze. There is additional seating... for four at the breakfast bar. The living space has an L shaped couch that can seat up to six along with a nice leather chair and an ottoman. There is a 60" flat screen TV, stereo, and DVD player for your entertainment. Access to the balcony overlooking the Gulf provides two chairs, a side table, and a lounge chair. Also feel free to use the gas grill on a sunny day. This is a perfect spot to watch the dolphin play. The master bedroom on the 3rd floor features a king size bed with a beautiful pastel green bedspread. This large master suite offers a private balcony where you can slip away from everyone and capture the sunset or have your first cup of coffee. There is a large flat screen TV for you to lay back and enjoy when you're able to get off the beach and out of the sunshine. Natural lighting comes in the master from the private balcony and is beautiful! NO need to use the dresser when a large walk in closet is provided. The large master bath is absolutely beautiful with two separate vanities with separate sinks, a jetted garden tub, walk in shower, and separate toilet area. The 3rd floor guest bedrooms both have queen sized beds, flat screen TV's, and a nice size closet. One bedroom has access to the hall bathroom. The bedrooms are decorated tastefully with a beach theme and bright colors. The 1st floor bedroom sports a queen size bed and private bathroom. The bedspread is a light blue with decorative pillows.
