This property is a self catering private villa in Malta with a large pool and garden . swimming pool with separately operated Jacuzzi pool with massaging jets for relaxation by the pool .There is also has a splash pool that can be used for the children . There is a pool slide for your enjoyment , sun beds , Bbq and Parasol.

The Villa has its own gate leading to a long driveway that extends right through and adjacent to the landscaped gardens of the property with its own parking space.

There is a well kept landscaped garden, and there is a secluded area that also hosts a lama and a deer which are enclosed in their own protective... closed space similar to what you may find at a small zoo. A large pond also hosts a few swans. These animals are carefully looked after by the caretaker who frequently attends to them .They can be appreciated by all but cannot be fed, intimidated or touched.

The villa itself is modernly furnished on 2 main floors. On entrance to the hallway, is a spacious living area with Tv, Dvd player and Cable Tv box installed. The separate dining area leads to a kitchen fully equipped.

There are 4 bedrooms in the main house accommodating 8 persons. When over 8 persons use of flat let that is directly below the main house on ground level is arranged with use of a double bedroom with bathroom and use of sofa beds for up to 4 persons in a separate room.

The Games room and flat let on the ground floor sleep 8 persons - Access to flat let is either through the main house or from outside. The flat let has a living area with its own kitchenette - There is also a games room with pool table and mini soccer table. Adjacent to this games room is a living room with Kitchen and 2 bathrooms

Iklin is a relatively modern village in the centre of Malta, situated close to Naxxar. A number of commercial outlets have more recently opened in the area. It also has its own traditional Parish Church. This small chapel is dedicated to Saint Michael . The St. Michael's feast is celebrated the Sunday before the 29 September of every year.
