This Paris vacation apartment can be combined with Vendome II for a party of seven. Like its sister apartments the Vendome II and IV, it is also located in the very heart of Paris, directly at the Place Vendôme, in the same building that houses the famous jeweller Tiffany & Co.

A must for tourists, this is the very heart of Paris: directly at the Place Vendôme, a 5 minutes walk from the Place de la Concorde, the Champs Elysees, and the rue Faubourg St Honoré with its unique Haute Couture boutiques. For the gourmets, there are several of Paris top restaurants in the immediate neighborhood.
The rue de la Paix (Street of the Peace) is the most expensive street in the Paris version of the Monopoly game. It connects the Paris Garnier Opera to the 17th century Place Vendôme where the famous Ritz hotel is located. The rue de la Paix is above all famous for its very fashionable jewelers like the world famous Cartier, Tiffany & Co., Rolex, as well as the modern Poiray, Boucheron and Van Cleef and Arpels.
This is also an important business district with a distinct international flavor, as one side of the Place Vendôme still belongs to the JP Morgan bank as a gift for its active wartime support of France in the 19th century. There are several Metro and RER stations nearby which will take you anywhere in Paris within a short time.

We stayed at Louvre Opera 111 for a week with our 13 year old granddaughter. It was the best location. We walked everywhere and the metro was just down the street when we needed it. The apartment was well equipped, tastefully furnished and very comfortable.
I highly recommend this property.

We had a fantastic time and everything was exactly as it was advertised. Apartment was spacious and very secure. Internet access was uninterrupted and very useful. The location was perfect. We loved the close proximity to the Tulieries gardens, the Lourve, the stations and the best shopping.
We will be staying here again the next time we are in Paris.

Once again, I enjoyed my stay in the Louvre Opera III 3rd floor apartment. Great location, very secure building, and reasonably priced. The apartment continues to be my preferred choice when I visit Paris.
The Welcome2France staff continues to be very attentive and accommodating. Customer satisfaction is their #1 goal, and I can say they meet it every time!
I am looking forward to my next stay in the spring! -

It was what I expected and more. The weather was great and we were there just in time for Bastille Day. We watched the parade which was well organized and then the spectacular fire works at the Ifil tower and mingled with locals and tourist alike. Enjoyed sumptous meals and all the sites. What more can I say "parfaite" My entire family cannot wait to return. Merci beaucoup.

This apartment is just fantastic its is the second time I have stayed in this a apartment and it offers every thing that any traveller needs to be close too , metro, buses the Lourve and tulleries gardens 10mins walk, it is clean and the meeting with keys has been great on both occassions , it is comfortable clean and the kitchen is reasonably well equipt, i think it would be a crowded with more than two people, But for two its the perfect place to feel and live the french way, with everything at your door We will be back for a third visit as soon as we can...

This apartment was located in a terrific location, next to a bunch of shops such as Tiffany, and closely located to the Ritz hotel and a Chanel boutique at Place Vendome. There are many restaurants within a few blocks away, and a few cafes just located downstairs next to the apartment. The grocery is also a few blocks away. The apartment would be great for up to 2 people. There is a quiet courtyard surrounding the apartment that leads you into an elevator taking you up to this clean, urbanized apartment.

My two weeks in Louvre III were a very interesting experience. It makes you feel like a Parisian. Location is perfect, in the very heart of Paris. The neighbourhood is very safe and the building has a fantastic security system. The apartment is confortable and clean, but some items must be renovated, like the blankets and pillows. I intend to come back again. Thanks Sophie and staff.
