Many metro station line 4 , reaumur Sebastopole, Strasbourg St Denis, line 3 "Sentier" line 8 and 9 "Bonne Nouvelle.

We've stayed in Paris for 8 nights. Franck messaged us what to do step by step to find the key of the studio. The place was rather small, but enough for 2 people who want only to sleep and eat there. It's very near to the metro station (3 minutes walking), MonoPrix supermarket and a Boulangerie. By the way, you have access to 3 lines of the Paris metro, which is very good.
The kitchen is well equipped, but not bright & shinning.
We didn't manage to find any channel on the TV set, but we didn't care because the wifi signal was very good. -

We stayed 3 guests at this apartment this November and it was all we needed from a short term visit rental. The apartment is ideal for 2 people but we managed just fine 3 people. It is very well equipped and true to the pictures. We were afraid for the cold season but heating works perfectly. The guest was also very helpful with directions on how to get to apartment and on our necessities.
Would definitely recommend it! -

The Flat is very well situated, close to most places that are worth visiting. It is close to the metro station, supermarket and restaurants. It is also well equipped. Nicely decorated, as well. It's suitable for family trips, no more than 3 people. The owner was nice and understanding (regarding our check-in/check-out). I would strongly recommend this apartment.

It is a comfortable and kind flat which is suitable for everyone mainly for a couple, I think. The underground is very near, so you can go by it everywhere. It is also well-equipped.

We spent two weeks at this apartment and had a most wonderful stay. The apartment is small but cosy and quite central to most of the places in Paris that a traveler would want to visit. Food stores and restaurants are close at hand as well as some very special shopping places. We would stay here again should we visit Paris again, it was good value for money.
