The studio is small, but very cute. Everything u need is there. Sebastien is a perfect host! I could check in early with no extra fee. Will definately rent this or anything else from him again!

met with attendant from livinparis promptly at 1pm as promised. i did not have cell phone and they met me at vacation rental. the location was great and the lodging was very clean. i would recommend this to any friend or family vacationing in paris.

Location of apartment is extremely convenient. Just a corner away from Metro station! Restaurants, coffee shops, bakery, mini market, fruit & vegetable shops...also very close-by thus very convenient as well!
Apartment is not very spacious (for 4 persons) but has all the required necessities and comfort. New furniture, all the necessary appliances (including washing machine/dryer combo), bright and clean apartment...we really felt comfortable and at home! The only drawback to this place(which is located on ground floor) was the fact that there was no window and had to open door for fresh air...but had to close during the night. Place felt very safe though and courtyard created a nice and pleasant environment!
Booking of apartment was very straightforward and person taking booking was extremely helpful and answered/e-mail all our queries immediately! Check in was also smooth and person in charge was very helpful and informative!
Will definitely recommend to family and friends...a very pleasant stay. Will surely consider again I we visit Paris again! -

I stayed in this apartment for five nights and really felt at home. The apartment maximises the space, and the ground floor courtyard location provides contact with outdoors, that even the best hotel rooms fail to endow.
The location is perfect: a real inner Paris vibe to the neighbourhood; a Metro station within 2 minutes walk, and a Velib (bicycle) station around the corner. -

Our stay at 3 rue Saint Joseph was wonderful. We were met by a very polite person who was very helpful in going over the apartment. Although the only widow is the door, the apartment itself was very well lit and cozy. It was very well equipped and we particularly liked the washer-dryer combination unit for our laundry. It was only a one block walk to the Metro. The landlord was very responsive to any requests we had, answering email and texts very promptly. We were very well looked after. The only slight down-side is the lack of any windows. Great coffee machine and we really appreciated the free wifi. We would stay here again in a heart-beat!
