Welcome to our 65 square meter apartment in the center of Paris, in the heart of lively and romantic Montorgeuil, Paris 75002 !

This sunny and quiet flat is located on the second floor of a court facing building with secure access. The street itself is pedestrian and full of trendy Parisians coffee bars and restaurants.

It has been recently redecorated by its owner who is an architect and painter. Some of the paintings are displayed on several walls.

It is fully equipped with all you need for your Paris stay: Wifi Internet, cable TV, washing machine and micro oven, it has got it all. There is plenty of space to put your belongings and won’t have to live out of your suitcase!

On one side of the apartment you will find a large bedroom, next to that the large main living area with kitchen, sitting room and another double bed (ideal for children for example). The bathroom is separated with WC, sink and shower.

This apartment has precious floor design, you will feel like in the south of France!

The location is amazing, you are walking distance away from some of the greatest places in Paris, restaurants, bars, parcs. It is also very conveniently located for access to/from both airports and all major train stations.

The calendar is up to date, last minute reservations are welcome!

The proprietor, Erik, could not have been more accommodating, communicative and hospitable. Erik provided a manual that lists how to use all the electronics (TV, Dishwasher, etc). All your possible questions are answered. Since I have an Iphone, Erik and I could communicate readily via email for last minute questions. The apartment is a typical French apartment conveniently located and easily reached from Charles De Gaulle Airport by RER, Metro or Bus. It was clean and comfortable and did I mention in a great area convenient to the Champs? I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to be close to the sights, and who wishes to experience Paris the Parisian way.

Erik's flat is a very comfortable "home" situated very near the Champs-Élysées and Arch de Triomphe. His door is just steps from a relaxed, quiet square with a superb boulangerie and a wonderful cheese shop. There is a good grocery store close by as well. We spent our days walking or taking the Metro from the convenient Argentine station nearby. Sure, the Marais is nice. St. Germaine is too. But my wife and I agreed that because those places can be so full of people Erik's place is the perfect spot to relax and feel at home after a full day in Paris. All this would be enough, but Erik is also a superb host. He cares. He was responsive with every question we had. We now feel we have a new friend in Paris. We will be back!

Really great place to stay - very large for a Parisian apartment, everything is well kept, and the host corresponded with me amiably and professionally. Great boulangerie just around the corner, too! I had planned to go to a hostel originally - I'm so glad I didn't. Fantastic experience here, better than most reasonably priced hotels.

  I traveled with my 12 yr old daughter for a week in Paris. The neighborhood is the Montorgueil market district, offering a variety of boulangeries, patisseries, cafes, etc. The locale is lively with almost no auto traffic and does not feel at-all "touristy". The address is about a 7 minute walk to The Louvre. It is close to the Sentier & Etienne Marcel metro. The street noise is from the throngs of people out to have a good time, but inside, the apt it was very quiet. Erik couldn't be a better manager & I extend my sincere "thanks" for all his attention. We look forward to staying again!

  Ottima posizione per incontrare Parigi in qualsiasi orario, Erik e' una persona simpatica e cordiale. Sicuramente ritornando a Parigi sceglierò nuovamente la casa di Erik.

  My sister and I stayed in Erik's apartment for four days - it was very comfortable and nicely furnished, in a nice building overlooking a pretty courtyard. It is in a great location, very near lots of great food shops and restaurants, as well as cafes. It was an ideal spot to visit Paris from. Arrangements for picking up keys etc were very easy. The only criticism I would have is that the kitchen area was a little basic - this would only be relevant if visitors intend to cook there, which they might not. All in all it was a great place to stay!

  Agréable appartement au centre de Paris. Propre et très tranquille. Pas loin des stations de métro. Beaucoup de restaurants dans les alentours. Un appartement assez grand dans lequel on peut très bien séjourner avec des enfants mais malheureusement pas vraiment un quartier pour les enfants.

  Beautiful appartment; excellent location, next to Rue Montrogeuil, les Halles, and centre Georges Pompidou. At a walking distance from the Louvre museum and le Marrais neighbourhoud. has all needed amenities.
  Erik is a very professional host, who has accomodated all my requests, even at the last minute.
  i highly recommend it to any person who wants a true taste of Paris.
