Our rental weeks run from Friday, anytime after 4pm, thru the following Friday, at 10am.

Security Deposit... In addition to your rental charge, a security deposit is held on behalf of the homeowner & returned within 14 days of departure if no charges are accrued. The security deposit is equal to the prime season nightly rate listed above.
