Summer rentals require 4-night minimum stay at prime rate.

25% Discount! Labor Day to Memorial Day week 9/7/12 - 12/20/12 and 1/4/13 - 5/23/13

Our rental weeks run from Friday, anytime after 4pm, thru the following Friday, at 10am.
Shorter stays MUST fall within the weekly timeframe.
Bookings require a 2-week advance reservation.

All homes are state inspected and licensed.
Pets welcome (additional security deposit and fee required) ... $50/per pet per stay non-refundable fee ... $100/per pet per stay refundable pet security deposit.
Security Deposit... In addition to your rental charge, a security deposit is held on behalf of the homeowner & returned within 14 days of departure if no charges are accrued. The security deposit is equal to the prime season nightly rate listed above.
