This new Luxury Villa edges the famous Negombo Lagoon. Extremely large with over 4,750sq feet of living space with 150sq feet of summer hut on the Lagoon and it is built on half an acre land leading straight to the lagoon. The sea is a hop across from the Villa and the sea side is part of villa, as The Villa comes with all the creature comforts including its own port with a boat inside the land, bicycle, and BBQ facilities. The villa includes a relaxing and peaceful summer hut that is built on the water in the lagoon !

The most relaxing activity is the boat (catamaran) rides along the calm lagoon with a fishing rod! You can watch the endless calm waters, stalks and flying fish!
For the Nature Lovers there are plenty of birds to watch. For the culture lovers there are plenty of Churches to see and the morning fish market is a hustle worth seeing. As Negombo is a fishing town with thousands of colourful fishing boats.
You may also go for rides in the very popular local mode of transport called "Tuk Tuk" - basically it is a three wheel Taxi.

Left on 03/04/2013 for a stay in February 2013
We traveled as 4 couples and our 4yr old daughter. We were met at the airport and transport to and from the airport were included in the stay. We enjoyed the villa with internet access, cabana, sheltered porch and large garden in front of the lagoon. The staff were very approachable and helped with our stay. they aided in running back and forth for the various bits that we needed from the nearby shops. The owner was there and he was extremely helpful with things, aiding in organizing local and distant short breaks for us. The staff that he got for our tours were great and trust worthy. We in fact arranged a 25th anniversary party for on of the couples which was a surprise and it would not have been possible with the aid of all the staff. They were great. I would recommend the villa as a good place to stay and if the weather was sunny a very break to just lounge.
