Jasmine Villa is an upstairs apartment situated in the middle of the property. This villa consists of 1 double bed, kitchenette, ceiling and stand fans, cable tv, private bathroom, wrap around veranda with hammock and furniture. This apartment is ideal for couples or singles who want to relax in a laid back atmosphere. We have a beautiful swimming pool with waterfall feature and large deck area. There is a small grocery store close by and Rick's Cafe is a 2 minute walk for watching the sunset and the cliff diving. There are many bars and restaurants close by to take in the cool vibes of Jamaica. We also have other rooms available.

We have 10 spacious villas and 1 apartment right across the road from the stunning Caribbean sea. A beautiful new swimming pool will be finished in Nov 2010. Getting married in Jamaica or planning a function then consider our fabulous pool venue for your Wedding in Jamaica or rehersal dinner.
Jamaica is famous for its tropical setting on crystal clear Caribbean Waters as well as its culture and nature. Our little resort sits in one of the most famous areas of Negril known as The West End and sometimes called The Cliffs because the area sits above sea level on a line of very beautiful cliffs ranging from a few feet to over 50 feet.

Left on 12/01/2012 for a stay in November 2012
It was like an upstairs bachelor suit with a personal "L" shaped veranda. Plenty of space, clean bedding/sheets, locked gates at night, security guard after hours along with pumpkin and bel - the dogs who escorted us to our Villa once they got to know us day one. Wayne a helpful guy who always provided a smile and sang a few songs as he painted and kept the ground and swimming pool area clean. New long range WiFi access worked great. Some touch up renovations also going to be done. Jane or Joan usually in the main office for any concerns or follow ups. Overall a nice and relaxing place. Recommended stay in the Jasmine Villa, at Catcha Falling Stars Gardens. Recommended Driver for pick up and tours from the Villa is Niah.
