Valentine Villas is a private villa with 3 units for rental located on Negril's 7 mile sugar white sandy beach.
The villa has three separate rental units with numerous amenities. Our luxury unit is The Ocean Suite. It has a separate bedroom with a kingsize bed, a/c and cable tv. It has a living room/kitchen combo with the kitchen fully appointed. The bedroom has french doors which can be opened to a beautiful seaview. There are 2 Garden Rooms on the backside of the villa. Where do I begin?... Before booking we had many questions about the place and the area, especially because we were traveling with a one-year-old. Patricia answered emails promptly and answered all our questions. She even arranged airport pick-up. Everything worked without a hitch. Peter welcomed us and showed our ocean suite: That was check-in! No lines, no formality, just smiles! He explained everything we needed to know and made sure they would be available whenever we needed anything. The rest was a great vacation.
It's literally less than 20 steps from the doorstep of our suite to the water. You just can't beat that anywhere else. Beautiful sea views from dawn till dusk. Extremely convenient, with shops and great food next door and nearby. The suite was very clean. Basic furniture, comfortable bed with mosquito net if you need it, working a/C, good size safe (not big enough for a 12in laptop but very close), a small TV (you don't need it anyway), basic kitchen furnished with microwave, fridge, gas stove/oven, coffee maker, pots-pans-plates-utensils, etc.
We felt very safe throughout the entire stay. There's a fence around the property, part of which is open during the day, but closed after sunset and guests get a key for the gate. Sellers walking by keep asking you to buy whatever they have to offer, but a simple "No, Thank you" is enough. We were not annoyed, in fact we found it very convenient and bought fresh fruit from them.
Patricia and Peter are great hosts, they make you feel at home. If you need anything or have a question, all it takes is to ask.
One annoyance about the area is the loud music at night coming from nearby bars. It starts around 9pm and lasts until 2am or later. It's just part of staying at 7-mile Beach, not much to do about it.
This was our first trip to Negril, and it will not be our last. -

This place is in the best location. You have your own private yard to relax in and steps away to the ocean and 7 Mile Beach with all its shops, restaurants and bars. The rooms are very clean and the staff could not be nicer.They treat you like family and are very helpful. We are going back for our third visit.

Valentine Villas was a vacation in paradise. The place is a gem not to be missed. I stayed in one of the Garden Rooms and my friend stayed in the other one. The room was clean, comfy and perfect for myself. The villa is about 50' or less to the water, which was warm and tranquil. The sunsets were just awesome. I couldn't take enough pictures of them. Patti and Peter were extroadinary hosts. They totally made me feel at home and comfortable (and were lots of fun too!). The beach is kept clean at all times, and if you don't want to travel to pick up gifts to take home, you can go right next door to Maria and Juliet's boutique or you can walk along the beach to the many little trinket shops. I had a wonderful and relaxing time. I would recommend it highly and can't wait to make another trip there.

It was the most relaxing,peaceful and a beautiful spot on the beach of Negril! While the ride from the airport was a bit lengthy, it was worth the time. There is a private beach and restaurants within walking distance that you need no shoes to get in! I loved that every night aLL stopped to watch the most beautiful sunsets I have ever witnessed.There was shopping nearby as wel we walked to. Can't wait to go back!!

Well this is trip #5 or 6 to Valentine Villa's that should tell a person about the service and the "yard" ! All was great anything needed was provided and the people very friendly and helpful. If a person does not laugh and have a good time there I think they would have no one to blame but themselves. The Villa is located close to town within walking distance to get the money to buy the beer! You can walk the beach into town or walk the road. If you don't want to go to town shopping is available closer but why not enjoy the whole experience? Patricia ,Peter and everyone in the yard goes out of their way to make you holiday a great one. It is suggested in how to write a great review to say what you liked the best: well everything is the answer what you like the least: there is nothing not to like

Ron and I usually travel all inclusive and decided to experience the stay on the beach so we could indulge in venues of all sorts including very local cuisine and culture.
There was always lots to do and see and very easy to meet people. (Including the great bunch from Ottawa that stay here every year) Our hosts Patricia and Peter were more than accomodating and fun to be around. I enjoyed our morning 3 mile walks with Patricia and the Ottawa girls...you too Carl. Patricia and Peter lined up competent drivers and tour guides when needed. Groceries and Bank, just a short taxi ride or 1 mile walk to Negril. Also Convenience store just next door. Every evening we enjoyed happy hour and amazing sunset views from our Patio. (Ocean View Room). The yard and beach is raked every day. Amenities that may be important to you ... King Size Bed- Comfy...Air Conditioner...Full Kitchen - Wall Safe - Ocean view room is about 50 Ft. from the ocean depending on the tide of course. Night security. Maria & Juliette offer Freshly squeezed orange juice every morning from their beach boutique just a few steps from our door.
Thanks for making our stay in Negril so much fun.
