Nestled in a lush tropical jungle within The Caves' resort property, the approximately 3,500 sq feet wood, stone and thatched-roofed luxury Caribbean villa, Clandestino, is set on a half acre of naturally landscaped gardens, with magnificent trees, cut stone walkways, and a two-car open-air private parking area.
The Caves resort sits along the limestone cliffs of the West End of Negril, right next to the famous Negril Lighthouse in Jamaica. Although situated only a few miles away from the bustling town center, this private enclave is a world apart. Eleven handcrafted wood and stone thatched-roof cottages, plus the Clandestino villa, are... interwoven between ten acres of lush vegetation and naturally formed volcanic caves. Quaint stone pathways wind through the limestone cliffs dotted with palm, sea grape and dogwood trees overlooking the Caribbean Sea. An arrangement of coral stairs and walkways lead to sundecks with uninterrupted views of the sea and sky, and grottos with turquoise water pools and fossilized marine life. A tropical reef system comes right up to the edge of the cliff, perfect for snorkeling. Guests can climb down ladders into the sea or take a leap from several jump points, the highest of which is 30 feet! An intimate, private and unique resort, The Caves is perfect for romance and relaxation.
Clandestino has 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, oversized living and dining areas, a large office/study, and a gorgeous private pool with gazebo and outdoor bamboo shower. A two-minute walk from the villa will lead you to the turquoise Caribbean ocean at The Sands, The Caves' resort cliff top bar with swimming and sunning areas. Villa guests have the option of all-inclusive or accommodation-only rates; all-inclusive guests (16 years and over only) will also have full access to all other areas and amenities of The Caves resort. Clandestino is the perfect choice for groups, families, working holidaymakers, and anyone seeking total privacy and relaxation with the utmost comfort.
Children of all ages are welcome at Clandestino Villa. The Caves resort itself however, does not accept children under 16 years old. Exceptions must be cleared with the hotel management. Access to the ocean and waterfront facilities for children are thus restricted to The Sands, The Caves' cliff top beach bar with sunning and swimming areas. It is a two minute walk from the villa via an underground cave.
Accommodations
The secluded 3500 sq ft, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom Clandestino villa offers guests total privacy with a half-acre of naturally landscaped gardens complete with magnificent trees and stone walkways. In addition to a host of upscale amenities, the villa offers uniquely designed bedrooms with ceiling fans and lots of louvered windows; two private balconies off the master bedroom; a fully equipped kitchen with cedar cabinets and beautiful granite countertops; oversized living and dining areas with oversized bamboo furniture, hand-carved wood and stained-glass details; a large office/study with 3 separate work areas; and a private pool with thatch gazebo complete with lounge bed, and an outdoor bamboo shower. The upstairs master bedroom features a King-sized bed and double-sized Jacuzzi bath, and the two downstairs bedrooms each feature a queen bed with specially designed shower/bath units. The forth bedroom is a Double bed studio with its own bathroom and is set slightly apart from the main house.

Guests can choose between private in-room indoor or outdoor dining at the villa, served by 4/5 their own private butler, or dining at The Caves itself which offers multiple options, from an oceanfront gazebo to a handcrafted stone table under the stars at the cliff's edge. Guests can also opt to reserve an oceanfront private cave for a truly intimate dining experience. With both inclusive and non-inclusive rates, a private chef can be arranged at an additional cost for food preparartion at the villa.

The ultimate indulgence is the exclusive Caves Massage, which takes place in a candlelit cave. Spa getaway packages are also available. Yoga sessions are offered to guests every Wednesday and Saturday morning with a certified instructor at The Gazebo at The Sands.

Seven Mile Beach is also the longest continuous stretch of powdery beach on Jamaica.
