HILL HOUSE is nestled in the foothills of Neah-Kah-Nie Mountain with amazing 180 degree panoramic views.
The west and south sides of Hill House are window-walls. A lovely patio on the south side is protected from winds and picks up the warmth of the summer sun. Relax in the Adirondack Chair. Enjoy a BBQ on the deck and relax with a good mystical sunset.

Manzanita is like coming home. Hill House sits on a magical energy vortex. It cleared all channels within and all that remained was pure soul. I painted, wrote, collaged, and photographed the views from several perches on the property. Julianne and her staff add to serenity as they welcome you home.

Lovely house with a beautiful view. We could hear the winter storms, but the place was so warm and cozy. We cooked, ate, dreamed by the fire and walked the dogs on the beach. Very memorable. A side note: the property managers delivered a brand new, replacement coffee maker to us on Christmas Eve! Bravo for the great service.

The soaking bath needs the faucet replaced. It doesn't function too well. The gorgeous skylights should have their blinds fixed so they can be used.

We're glad you enjoyed your time at the Hill House. Visitors enjoy the panoramic view of the ocean from the home and from the decks. Our maintenance man has repaired the soaking tub faucet. The owners covered up the skylights so that people can sleep late in the morning--just the thing to while you are on vacation!

We hope that you enjoyed your stay at "Hill House" We provide all the information needed for the homes in our guest correspondence that we email to our guests. If there is ever any additonal questions our office is open 7 days a week beteween 10am and 5pm to answer any questions with a after hours number provided to our guests for any questions or concerns they might have after hours. We apologize that you were unable tyo get access to the garage. We have 2 openers for that home, one is left here at the office and the other one is provided in the home. We hope that this did not hinder your stay and hope that you come back and see us agian!

Appliances and entertainment at the home need some improvements. The TV didn't work (not that we wanted to spend the beautiful weekend watching it, but it's nice to have that option especially when it is stated as an amenity.) We had to unclog the sing spout as it was shooting out water in many directions and had to toast our bread about 5 times to get it toasted. Just some basic upgrades would really be beneficial. The views are great and our dog loved it.

my stay at hill house was wonderful ... the view from the house and upper decks is so peaceful beautiful and zen ... i needed to get away and rest and relax and hill house was perfect, and the rental staff are so nice and helpful also. hoping to return often ... loved the soaking tub for my sore back also. thanks for a great retreat.

The setting is serene and the view from the living space and bedrooms is incredible.Easy walk to town and layout is conducive to casual living.Would reccommend star watching from the upper viewing deck for an amazing show. Loved our stay.Comfortable for 6 people

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, the property needs attention. Skylights in bedrooms are disturbing and the one in my son and daughter-in-law's room was not covered. The lower level of all outlets in living room did not work. So, each outlet had only one of two functioning. Only one medium/big pot and that did not work well for Thanksgiving. Only one table lamp in living room. The washer and dryer do not work well. We could have had three loads of dry sheets/towels but the dryer took FOREVER. Would recommend for a couple with young

We loved our stay at the Hill House. We enjoyed that all six of us could sit comfortably together in front of the fireplace and at the dinner table. The view from the living room is spectacular.Take the time to walk up the staircase in the back and the view is even more spectacular. The only thing we would change is maybe do some updates...

Only quickly-handled problem was getting the Broadband up, but OceanEdge went the extra mile and got the necessary power cord by the next day. One minor quibble: the driveway is short and steep, so our rented minivan kept scraping it's bumper coming and going unless I attacked the driveway at a very odd angle. Anyone without an SUV or other vehicle with high ground clearance, or even one of those with a trailer hitch, will probably leave their mark in the concrete. The view was better than advertised in the pictures, and the house was very, very commodious.

Lovely house. We were two couples, one with a baby and the house layout was perfect for privacy. The views were incredible and the kitchen was big enough to accommodate more than one cook.

Overall, we liked Hill House and the folks at OceanEdge. Nice home, nice neighborhood, lovely master suite.
On the flip side, the carpet and living room furniture needed cleaning. Also, I felt it was a stretch to claim a 180 degree view when much of that is blocked by shrubs. -

The Hill House was quite nice, convenient and well laid out and appropriately named being on the side of a mountain. We loved the 4th of July Parade, the fireworks, the beach, our experience was very relaxing and positive for my wife, daughter and son-in-law and of course our 2 year old grandson. A good little get-away.

There is an extremely steep driveway to the garage which was not adequately described by the management. The alternative to parking in the garage is a semi-vulnerable spot on the road in front of the house. The lack of clarity about this problem marred an otherwise positive stay. Had we known, we would have chosen another house.
