Great service - very easy to book and good communication by email. The property was great in terms of location and perfect for a weekend getaway. Great view of the sea, just a pity that the port gas tower right in the middle of the view isn't mentioned in the description.
The apartment gets so much sun, which is lovely. But it also means it gets very hot if shut up during the day. Fans are provided, but no air conditioning.
Well supplied kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Apartment was clean enough, but could have been cleaner (small flecks of dried food on kitchen cupboards, etc.) -

The unit was spacious, comfortable and the hosts provided many little extras to ensure our
stay was relaxed. The huge benefit was the location. Close to the town centre, great restaurants nearby, and right on the harbour. We spent many happy hours on the very large balcony, sipping a glass (or two) of the excellent local wines and watching the action as various vessels arrived and departed. -

Positives...beautifully appointed apartment in a great location. Kitchen was well equipped with everything necessary to prepare great family meals. There's a wonderful cafe/restaurant called The Styx across the road which serves tasty food and also a very good fish and chips cafe in the same building. Beautiful views over the bay.
Negatives include a very busy road to cross to get to the pier and cafe, unsightly big red, black and white storage silo partially blocking the view. We were unfortunate enough to have an enormous boat docked at the harbor in front of the apartment for most of a day with smoke billowing out... -

This apartment was very nice, spacious,beds comfortable,had everything we needed.Was clean, sheets fresh,towels fluffy.
We had to pick the key up from the Fountain resort motel on the way to the apartment and Ngaire was so very helpful and her daughter who took us to the apartment and went over things with us was very pleasant and helpful.
There were lots of rules and regulations and you had to sign a tenancy agreement but getting over that,it was a lovley stay. Overlooking the harbour we watched yachts racing and container ships leaving the port. -

We really enjoyed our 2 nights at the apartment. The owners were friendly and efficient. The apartment was spacious, clean, quiet and the view fantastic. The fish and chip shop over the road was great too! It was hard to venture away from the apartment deck but when we did we found lots to do in and around Nelso,

A spacious apartment with everything a family needs. Friendly managers who made things easy. Great view of the harbour. Stayed for 7 nights and the only problem was with the proximity of the port there was a loud noise coming from a ship docked at port for 2 of the nights. Good beds, nice kitchen, lounge and deck. Stayed with our 16 year old son but could have split the costs with another one-child family as we obviously had no need for the 3rd bedroom.

Great location, opposite the waterfront. The apartment is comfortable, clean and well appointed. some noise from the port at night but overall a very positive experience. Great outdoor dining facilities on the deck and lovely to be able to have fresh air and views.

We found Seaside Luxury on the waterfront in Nelson by chance, we are happy we did. This apartment is on the waterfront with amazing views. Incredibly Orca's (killer whales) swam into the bay in front of us, we were sitting on the deck and only 70 meters from this magnificent wild creatures. This was a great travel experience as were the fresh green lip mussels we ate at the restuarant just out the front. All this an a great luxury apartment! Nelson ew Zealand and the region are a must see! and a must do!
