Welcome to our wonderful Willows Guest Suite. Our brand new vacation rental is a spacious 800 sq.ft., self-contained 1 bedroom plus den suite.
Our vacation getaway is nestled against the mountains we overlook fabulous Kootenay Lake and the city of Nelson. You are now in the number 1 small arts town in Canada, and a short walk to historic downtown Baker Street, with over 50 restaurants, eclectic music at various performing venues, and new Nelson Museum and Art Gallery.

We are located in Nelson, but at the edge of the city, backing onto the Trans Canada trail, biking from your doorstep to the famous downhill Mountain Biking trails of Mountain Station, or Cross Country Skiing on the Rail Trail.
You will be surrounded by trees, enjoying the snow in the winter, the shade and the sounds of birds in the summer, but still only 6 blocks to historic downtown and Nelson's Baker Street.
Private parking adjacent to the suite, local transit 1 block away, 10 minute walk to all the downtown restaurants and art scene, plus a short 22 minute drive to famous and Whitewater Ski Hill.

Perched above Nelson with great views of the town and lake yet still close enough to walk to everything that the town has to offer.
The newly built suite was comfortable, warm and fully functional for a family of four and we stayed for 2 months mid winter. The winter was stunning here and you never felt cold due to the in floor and gas heating nor did it feel dark and gloomy as the suite has large windows taking in the light and views.
All amenities and bathroom were new and worked as they should being such.
Andrew and family are great hosts and made us feel so much at home we did not want to leave.
Highly recommended. Just do not book it out when we want to go back!!

Left on 01/10/2013 for a stay in December 2012
well appointed lower unit in large modern home. Unit has everything you would need for cooking, games and lots of towels (they even decorated a live christmas tree for the holiday). Great views high above the lake in Nelson, and owners were conscious of the steep driveway, constantly sanding and clearing.
There is noise transfer from the family home above, but it was subdued and not an issue in the least.
