Our holiday home accommodation specialises in Nelson's best panoramic sea views and magical sunsets! Our cottages are set in 500 acres of perfect natural paradise and yet we're only a ten minute drive from Nelson's city centre.
All our quality self-contained holiday homes have spectacular sea views across Tasman Bay to the coastline of the Abel Tasman National Park and the mountains of Kahurangi National Park.

This was an amazing accommodation, very high up and transport should be fit to tackle the steep road up to the cottages. The interior was beautifully furnished with the bed facing the view, and what a view. Sunsets were dazzling, the sky changing colour every few minutes. Sheep came to see us in a morning and were so tame. Washing facilities were so useful, and I would recommend a 2/3 night stay at least. We ate out on the patio taking in the wonderful view, you can almost feel how fresh the air is ,being so high up. Sue and mike who own the cottages are delightful and nothing is too much trouble, they live in the near vicinity.

Herrlich gelegene anlage, bestehen aus mehreren Cottages. Wir wurden mit unserem kleinen Jungen voll in die Familie integriert. Hatten hier eine wunderbare Zeit. Ca. 7 km von der Innenstadt Nelson entfernt. Wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge. Ruhig, sauber und gut ausgestattet.

We booked this lovely cottage called 'Grandma's Cottage' online. You never know whether or not it is the same as the website photos, but this was even more. When we arrived we were greeted by Rachael who asked us if we would prefer a larger cottage than the one we had originally booked. So we inspected both the larger cottage and 'Grandma's Cottage' which were both exceptional but we chose 'Grandma's Cottage as it was nice and cosy, private and very charming and had a wonderful view of the Nelson Port. The owners were great hosts they left us to ourselves so you didn't have to worry about people popping in (very private). It has everything you require you just need to stock up your groceries and move in. It was so good to have a washing machine. On the day we left my dear husband left his phone charger behind and Sue arranged for this to be mailed back to us. Thanks for a lovely stay Sue and Rachael we will be back.

We spent 3 days at The Lookout. Its main attraction is certainly the wonderful views. The property provides very spacious accommodation. The main bedroom is quite spectacular for a holiday rental. The second bedrrom is much smaller and darker but comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. There is a lot of outdoor space and the property is very private. The access to it seemed quite rough and steep when we arrived but after two or three trips up and down we had got used to it. There was no internet access but a walk up the hill behind the property gives wireless access from the main farm building. We had one warm evening sitting out on the patio overlooking the sea feeling very fortunate indeed to be there

Imagine our surprise while our car climbed and climbed up thru a sheep farm on the side of a very large hill to end up at a lovely cottage that looked right out over the Tasman Bay. The cottage had roomy bedrooms, a wonderful kitchen, eating area and living room, all overlooking the bay. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets. A lamb came to visit us every morning. Also washing machine. If we had known, we would have stayed there much longer as Nelson is a lovely region as is abel Tasman park and the regional wineries. Overall we would definitely come back again should we be in NZ again.
