After much searching, we settled on Haulashore. It was a fantastic decision!
First of all, the communication with the managers contributed to our sense of security that we would be pleased with our choice. They represent the property accurately in their description of it and go the distance with providing all the details needed to have a great experience.
The home is very well cared for and equipped generously. All of the rooms are spacious. The kitchen is up to date and easy to work in. The washer and dryer were outstanding - and believe me, we put them to use! It was great fun to use the espresso machine.
Probably can't overstate just how delightful the views were out of almost all windows! Of course the water was the most majestic vista. But because of the way the house is situated, there is privacy and a peaceful atmosphere.
We did not have a car but that was not an issue. It was easy to get into town for groceries, etc. And catching the bus was just down the street.
This is a solid home in beautiful surroundings. -

We stayed for a few days following a family beach xmas at Kaiteriteri. The house was well set up with all the essentials and lots of extras for our 1 year old to explore (toys, books). The views were just sensational and the set up invited relaxing but was only a couple of minutes drive into town. The upstairs deck was a great place to perch. Very enjoyable.

We had the chance of experiencing Haulashore Views with parents and family and it was an ideal spot to be in while in Nelson. The villa is very nice and has all you require for a great stay but what sold it for us was the amazing views accross the harbour specially in the evening at sunset - hoping to return again

We loved Nelson on our 12 day stay on the South Island. This house was perfect for the three couples travelling together. The views were spectacular from the lounge room and top floor balcony. We loved the layout of the rooms and found everything we needed in the house.

Wonderful house in Nelson with breathtaking views and everything you need for a great holiday in Nelson. This house is beautifully decorated and comfortable with amazing views from almost every room. The house has a great kitchen, lovely bedrooms and stylish bathrooms that made the stay that little bit more special. The owners were great and provided extra bits and pieces for my very young baby. Highly recommend this holiday house to everyone!

We stayed here for 5 days and had a relaxing time. It is a bit difficult to find and the parking is pretty tight, but the accommodation was fine for the 2 of us. The kitchen was a little tired but all the appliances were new and we cooked every night and just enjoyed the stunning views.

We all had a wonderful stay at Haulashore views. It was a great location for us and the views from the house were magnificent. The house was clean, spacious and kitted out to a high standard, which made it a 5* bach for us. We did experience a problem with the key and lock for the house, but this was resolved very quickly by the local people that Jarrod and Peta-Jane have on hand to help their guests.

We absolutely loved Haulashore views. The view was amazing. The bbq & patio were perfect, a real little sun trap. Wood burner was just what we needed at night as it was winter. All the bedding was sooh soft & comfy. Kitchen very well equipped. Main Shower & bathroom lovely. Our only criticisms were, no tumble dryer and no clothes horse to hang/dry indoors; and the driveway was a little tight.
Location was great, handy for everything in area, close to supermarkets and beach. Would loved to have stayed longer.

Four adults stayed at Haulashore and had a very comfortable stay. We were greeted by the man next door who explained the house to us and the best way to get into Nelson and back. we enjoyed the view with the sea activity and the comfort in the house. We will certainly use the house again.
