It offers a beautiful relaxing lake view from home, deck and covered hot tub.
A getaway for couples and small groups at all season.
All place are a fishermen dream , with marina and nearby boat docks nearby.

A beautiful property with the sort of neo-hippie decor that very much reflects the culture of the area, situated in a beautiful setting with stunning views of Kootenay lake and secluded enough for privacy.
We entertained while we were there and everyone in attendance commented on how wonderful it was. -

Wonderful, clean place. Loved the hot tub! Lots of room; easy access to Kootenay Lake (but definitely worth noting that the best beach access was via the provincial park ~12 mins. south on 3a). We also enjoyed the plethora of berries: raspberries, black raspberries, blackberries, thimble-berries... yum! Thank you, Marion, for a lovely accommodation.

This was a awesome place - nice view of the lake! The hot tub was so nice. We absolutely loved it and the kitchen is so well equipped they think of everything! Thanks again Marion for everything. I would highly recommend this to people. Even bigger than in the pictures - would be good for 2 families thats for sure.

Every time we come to the Kootenay's we have to stay at one of the amazing suites Marion and Mark have around the the lake. But Raspberry Hill is our absolute favorite! The property bursts with original artwork, quintescent panoramic views, luxury amenities, and is tucked away in its own private oasis. I cant get enough of this tranquil escape. The views are amazing, esecially when enjoyed from the private hot tub that overlooks the lake. And they have recently finished the downstairs sauna and rock shower to complete the relaxation experieince. We cant wait to go back!!!
