This spacious architecturally designed holiday home built on two and a half levels is situated in a hillside garden.
Extensive sea views over Tasman Bay with sliders onto the deck around three sides. A large living area with log fire and wood provided for your winter comfort. Modern appliances and furnishings including dishwasher, DVD player etc. With 3 large bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the lounge area there is plenty of room. The house has a bathroom with a shower, a septerate toilet, and a second bathroom that has a bath/shower/ and toilet.

Kaiteriteri is a beautiful little seaside town in the Nelson/Tasman region of New Zealand. Situated in the north-west corner of the South Island, Kaiteriteri is just 60 kilometres from Nelson and 13 kilometres north of Motueka. It is a popular destination with its famous golden sand beach and blue-green water, offering a wide range of outdoors activities and attractions. There are three golden beaches within 5 minutes stroll, each one is picture perfect, unspoilt and safe for swimming. Increasing in popularity the new Kaiteriteri Mountain Bike Park is a fantastic asset to the area.
Kaiteriteri is perfectly situated as both a holiday destination in itself, and as a base camp for adventures into the Abel Tasman National Park.
Abel Tasman National Park is a coastal wonderland of sea, sky, rocky headlands with sculptured granite cliffs and bright golden beaches and world-famous Abel Tasman Coast Track. It has a mild climate and is a good place to visit any time of the year. The region boasts the most sunshine hours in New Zealand.
The Abel Tasman Coast Track is a popular tramping track which follows the coastline. Kayaking and sightseeing are other activities that can be done in the park. Adventure operators make it easy to find the most magical places in the region. Kayak, river rafting, mountain bike, horse, 4WD (four-wheel drive) motorbikeâ€”you name it, you can do it!
