APPARTAMENTO LA GRANSEOLA C is a charming two-story apartment witch faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps 7 people (5+2 on sofa bed). From the apartment La Granseola C you will enjoy a view of the sea, of Nerano Bay, of the Gulf of Salerno and of the Mount San Costanzo. It has two bathrooms, air conditioning, Internet WI-FI and private parking. The apartment La Granseola C is 100 square meters. It features swimming pool, panoramic terraces and a private garden.

P.S. The apartment La Granseola C is part of the residence Villa La Granseola. It can be partially rented for 7 people (5+2 on sofa bed) The Apartment La Granseola B, for 7 people... The all villa can accommodate up to 20 people.Every apartment will have private entrance, private terraces (equipped with table and chairs) and barbecue area. The solarium and the swimming pool (with the view of the sea) are shared.

Villa La Granseola has huge open spaces; terraces equipped with table and chairs, barbecue area, solarium and the private swimming pool (5x8 meters) equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. From every angle of the villa you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea, the Gulf of Salerno and of Nerano Bay.

- The apartment La Granseola C (First Floor): from the main yard, climbed a few external stairs you will reach a huge open space where you will find the barbecue, table and chairs. There is also a panoramic terrace, equipped with table and chairs, ideal to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. From the terrace, you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea, the Gulf of Salerno and of Nerano Bay.

At the ground floor of the apartment, you will find the living room with the kitchen and the lunch area equipped with a double sofa bed, TV and Internet WI-FI. The first bathroom has the shower. In the living room there is a door that communicate with the apartment La Granseola B.

Climbed a few internal stairs, you will reach the first floor of the apartment La Granseola C. Here you will find one double bedroom with one matrimonial bed and terrace with the view of the sea, a passage chamber equipped with one double sofa bed and another bedroom with one double bed and one single bed on request. Both rooms have the view of the sea. The second bathroom has the shower. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning/heating unit.

Without any doubt, the best part of the villa is the solarium and the swimming pool, equipped with table, chairs, sun beds and umbrellas with a splendid view of the sea and the "I TRE PIZZI" hill.

The villa was restored on 2011. The outside and the inside are very well maintained and the furniture is characteristic and cozy.

You will be roughly 1 km from Nerano. You will find the closest restaurants, a grocery store and the bars at less than 200 meters away. The stop for SITA bus Sant'Agata - Massa Lubrense- Sorrento line is at 100 meters and the closest beach (Marina del Cantone beach) at 200 meters. You will reach the apartment La Granseola C walking a private alee and climbing about 15 stairs. The villa is at less than 6 km from Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi and Massa Lubrense.
For a successful stay at the apartment La Granseola C we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it on one of the 2 garage (for 2 cars) or along the alee (for 3 cars).
The apartment La Granseola C is perfect if you like to spend your holiday near the beach, surrounded by nature. Nerano Bay is at less than 200 meters away. From here, you will be able to rent boats for a daily trip to Capri Island or to the Amalfi Coast. You can even take a nice diving class.
From the apartment La Granseola C arrived to the main square of Nerano following the main road for a few meters towards Marina del Cantone and then taking the path on the right, you will be to the Jeranto Bay, the focal point of the Natural Marine Reserve of Punta Campanella.
Narano is popular for its typical fish based cuisine. It also has some excellent restaurants, where it is possible to dinner close by the sea, tasting the best products of the Amalfi and Sorrento Coast.
