Located in a residencial area of Nerja, near the bus stop and a few hundred meters from the entrance of the motorway E 15 / A 7. There is a convenience store at 10 m, free parking at 3 walking min. and the famous shopping street C. PINTADA starts at 100 m. from the apartment.
The BALCON DE EUROPA and the beaches around are at less than 10 walking minutes.
The famous BURRIANA beach is at 15 walking min.
3 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 terraces of which one with sea-view, internet and many TV channels in different languages. It's a real family apartment !!!

Whole Nerja centre is very safe and this neigbourhood is extremely safe because nin the building are living an police officer.

I would first like to thank frans for his hospitality the first day in showing us around the local area and advising us on places to eat etc! the apartment is very unique in that beach towels umbrellas washing powder even shoping trolley along with plenty of other things that you would normally have to buy are available to anyone who rents this beautiful apartment! all tv channels that you normally do not expect as well! we enjoyed our stay and will definately be back esp to sunbathe on the rooftop terrace!! nuala and gerry
