This gorgeous villa is situated nestled in the foothills of an imposing and extremely picturesque range of mountains just a little more than an hour from the Sierra Nevada range, where this self Catering Luxury Villa has a fabulous Private Pool and is ideal family accommodation for up to 7 persons. This Luxury Villa holiday home is within 400 metres of Playazo beach and within easy walki...ng distance of the lovely white Nerja old town.

Villa Flur Na H-Alba is an extremely high quality; fully air conditioned, and gated private Luxury Villa with every conceivable facilitiy you would require for a totally relaxed holiday. Yet still within easy reach of restaurants which are dotted around close by, and within easy reach of the old town. There are 2 double bedrooms, the master bedroom with en suite facilities, 1 twin room and a luxurious family bathroom. This is an extremely spacious Villa, the living accommodation being all on one floor with a huge basement area and the plot is over 500 square metres. On entering this lovely villa, there is a definite ‘wow’ factor; truly luxurious; the furnishings and the decor inside being second to none.

This Villa was recently specially selected as a luxurious Villa in Spain for a very popular TV Programme, when a complete episode was filmed at this location, the story line being that several characters were to holiday in Spain, staying in a luxury villa! All the cast were delighted with the Villa and would not hesitate in giving a recommendation if required to do so.

There are over 200 square metres of outside space with a fabulous private pool, a large BBQ and dining area a huge patio area and for the sun worshipers a roof terrace where sun beds are provided. The whole garden can be lit at night with uplighters, with a wonderful feature of two very tall palm trees by the side of the pool – giving the whole thing a tropical feel…..

This spacious home enjoys extensive views to sea, mountains and Nerja town from every vantage point, including lounge, bedrooms, pool terrace and roof terrace. The villa is maintained to an exceptionally high standard. JJ Nerja Rentals are delighted to manage the property and are always close at hand should you need help or to hire extra items e.g. pushchairs etc.

With the living accommodation all on one floor, it is perfect accommodation for the elderly or anyone who has difficulty using stairs. In addition to the extremely spacious lounge area, There is a huge fully decorated basement area where there is a table tennis table for your enjoyment.

About one and a half hours drive away is the historic city of Granada with its beautiful and famous Alhambra Palace, well worth a visit.

Just 5k away is the old white mountain village of Frigiliana, a great place to walk amidst a national monument and eat in one of the many typical bars and cafes whilst enjoying stunning panoramic views over the mountains down to Nerja and the sea.

Nerja has activities for all times of the year. The 7 beaches, range from small quiet coves to larger ones with family restaurants. These have provision for fun activities including pedalos, windsurfing, paragliding and scuba diving. There are tennis courts, petanqua courts, and an indoor swimming pool and sports centre, all open to the public. Nerja also boasts a theatre and cinema featuring entertainment in both English and Spanish languages.

About 20 minutes drive away is an Aqua Park open during summer months and several golf courses. Nerja and other surrounding villages have many fiestas during the year, most culminating in a colourful display of flamenco dancing in the street or one of the old village squares.

The Discos and bars for the younger (or older) night owls are all situated in one very convenient spot in town, called Tutti Frutti Square. Perfectly situated, as this ensures that the remainder of town retains it’s peace and tranquility, and it is lovely to enjoy a late night stroll in the wonderful balmy climate. Beautiful white taxis are available directly outside Tutti Frutti Square until the very early hours of the morning, and will cost just 7 Euros for up to 4 people, back to Punta Lara.

Additional Location Information

Nerja town itself has a delightful selection of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes, many of which are centred around the famous 'Balcon de Europa'. The palm fringed Balcon offers superb views of the local coastline and is a perfect place to stroll on a summers evening. Be entertained by street artists or just sit with a glass of Rioja and watch the world go by!

Nerja has a wonderful ideal all year round climate which really is the best in Europe. On average, Nerja enjoys as the norm, a wonderful sunny climate for most of the year, with high average winter temperatures of up to the low to mid 20’s, and yet within a 90 minute drive you can be skiing in the mountains on the magnificent Sierra Nevada Ski slopes.

Close by are the famous Nerja Caves, one of Spain’s finest tourist attractions. Underground caverns with stalagmites, stalactites and the worlds widest column reaching a height of 32 metres.
