The apartment is on the 8th floor in Ir Yamim on the Seafront in Ramat Poleg. It has unobstructed views of the Sea and Poleg Beach.
The location of the apartment is ideal, just a stones throw from the Beach, Shops, Restaurants, Bank, Hairdresser and the local Shul. The newly completed Poleg Shopping Mall is a 10 minute walk from the front door.
We maintain the apartment in spotless condition and you will find that the beds and furniture are of the highest quality.

You have a wonderful apartment Mike. It is spacious and tasteful and offered the most perfect setting for 2 anxious parents to be reunited with their children who now live in Israel. We could not have asked for more. We would only hesitate to recommend to friends and family for fear that they may book the apartment at times when we would want to return. It will always be our first choice.

Booked this apartment for a 2 week stay last year having passed a short break in Poleg the year before. The apartment is luxurious and spacious and we felt at home. We had wi-fi and television, the air-con was great. The balcony gave a great view over to the sea. The beach is a short walk away but worth it...the sea is warm and the beach clean. A new shopping centre has opened just round the corner. The apartment is managed by an agent, Yonete, who was very helpful and friendly.Response from Mike Sack - 10/10/2012

Your beautiful home exceeded our expectations in almost every respect. The location, the décor, the thought you put into the furnishings - everything. We were able to compare it with two other rental apartments that at similar rents and your apartment was head and shoulders above the other two. I have nothing negative to say about the entire experience. It was a pleasure to rent from you. Yonete was wonderful to deal with and nothing was too much trouble for her. I hope that you realise what a gem you have there. From the spectacular sunsets to the smallest details, we could not have wished for more. It was perfect. Good Yom Tov to you and your family. everything you arranged. We arrived at 5 am and
found the key under the doormat. We had some sleep
and this morning we looked at your map with
information. We found the shopping centre and when
we went back we could enter the parking with your
information. .Everything is very clean and your
apartment is very beautiful! Establishing the
internet was also very easy with the paper with
information. At this moment all things work and we
enjoy our stay. Thank you for the very good

My partner and I stayed in the Sack's luxury seafront apartment in Netanya for about 6 weeks in November and December 2009. We had a great experience. The apartment is well located and has a beautiful full sea view. It is extremely well equipped, comfortably furnished and has high quality electrical and gas appliances, from microwave through to tumble drier, an entertainment system, flat screen TV's and a sophisticated ADSL computer infrastructure. It was like being at home. Yoni and Yonete, who manage the apartment on behalf of Mike, are most helpful and responsive - and nothing is too much trouble, even acting as interpreters ! Mike's wide ranging guidebook, which is in the apartmewnt, is unique. It explains how to use the appliances, where to go, what to see, places of interest, restaurants, supermakets etc. We used it every day. This apartment is highly recommended.

Hi Mike really enjoyed the Holliday and the good care we received in the apartment. It was wonderful. Both my mother and my sister had a great time. Ahouva and I worked hard to keep them happy but had a great time too. Driving in Israel is near suicidal but all went OK. Hope you are keeping well and hope to meet you one day (are you planning to come to London???). The Apartment is airy and spacious, extremely comfortable tastefully
decorated and clean, it is a good position with great views with all facilities
that you would need, (although my wife did say she needed an iron!) the
weather was bad which meant we stayed in more than we would have liked to,
but this was not difficult as there was cable TV and internet available. We were
met with the keys by the owner’s representative, who is helpful and courteous
with promise of help any time, if required. Check out equally smooth with

We were delighted with the apartment - it was beautifully appointed and
furnished. The accommodation was spacious; everything worked and was so
comfortable. problem with the aircon was sorted immediately we reported it.
The view was stunning and although there was building going on around, it
didn't bother us in any way. Presumably in time the area between the
apartment and the beach will be landscaped or finished in some way and at
which time it will be a wonderful area. I would book up again in a trice! -

Thank you so much Mike and Lynne for the stunning flat - it way surpassed our wildest expectations. The beds and linen were as comfortable as you described, and the view snd decor and paintings "out of this world" just our taste...what more can I say other than Yonete was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. You have a great asset there...You guys make up a fantastic team ... thank you from the bottom of our hearts .... we have already booked for January 2011 and I cant wait!!! We would like to meet you soon - do you ever come to London ?
