Beautiful fully air-conditioned, kosher, luxury vacation rental apartment in South Beach,Netanya. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and Guest toilet. High Speed Wireless Internet, Cable TV, balcony, Sea Views.

* Beautiful, kosher apartment. Tastefully furnished and completely equipped.

* Boasts a wonderful unobstructed view of the Mediterranean Sea.

* Three bedrooms with a sleeping capacity of 6.

* The master bedroom has an en suite shower room and walk in wardrobe and Queen bed. The second and third bedrooms each have two twin beds and large wardrobes.

* All linen and bath towels are provided.

* Main bathroom plus a...n en suite shower room to the master bedroom. Seperate Guest toilet.

* Laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier.

* The airy, open plan living and dining area gives access to a recently extended, larger-than-average balcony which overlooks the Mediterranean. Relax and enjoy sundowners watching the beautiful sunsets.

* There is a high speed WIFI internet connection and cable TV in the salon.

* Facilities in this prestigious luxury residential building include a lovely shared garden with water feature, spacious lobby area and two high speed elevators, There is a dedicated parking space in the underground car park.

* Please note that smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

The apartment is kosher, milk and meat are separated, observance of Kashrut is a requirement for the rental of this apartment.

* An English speaking representative will meet you on arrival to answer all questions.

* We require an initial 25% deposit to secure the booking. The security deposit of 500 GBP is payable together with the balance of rental no less than 60 days prior to arrival. Payment should be by cash or bank transfer depending on currency. Details on enquiry. Rentals are confirmed by email after the deposit has been received and a signed rental agreement has been returned.

* The fee for cleaning at the end of the rental period is 250 ILS (which is not included in the rental price).

* Electricity is charged according to meter readings taken on arrival and departure.

* Arrivals & Departures outside Business Hours If it becomes necessary for our representative to meet you on either your arrival or departure outside business hours, an additional amount of ILS150.00 (Israeli New Shekels) will be charged. Standard Israeli Business hours are Sunday to Thursday 8 am - 6 pm and Friday 8am - 1pm

* Located at the heart of Israel, overlooking the Mediterranean shores, South Beach Netanya is only a short drive from two of the major traffic routes in Israel: road no. 2 (the coastal highway) and road no. 6 (toll highway), positioning the apartment only 25 minutes away from Herzliya, 35 minutes from Tel-Aviv and 40 minutes from Haifa. Those who prefer public transportation have comfortable access to Beit Yehoshua train station, located nearby and to buses.

* South Beach, Netanya is close to Poleg in an area of natural beauty on the Israel National Trail. The apartment building is next to the winter pond and JNF children’s park, which has a very large adventure playground and is opposite the Iris Gardens. It's a 15 minute walk from the local Argaman beach, access to this small quiet beach is from the Ben Ami Boulevard. It's a 10 minute drive to the extensive white sands at Poleg with its popular beach restaurant "Bamboo village" and shops in one direction and about a 10 minute drive in the other direction to central Netanya beach, restaurants and shopping. There is a good sized local supermarket 5 minutes' walk away and a 5 minute drive to Ir Yamim shopping centre and a 10 minute drive to Poleg's entertainment and shopping centres and cinemas.

* The local Synagogue is a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

* Take advantage of the beautiful promenade with stunning sea views, and even stop for a coffee or an ice-cream on your way.

  The Management agent from the beginning were excellent,always returning emails and giving heaps of information,even down to maps and directions. She was on hand throughout our stay for any advice too.The owners gave a wealth of information to us before we left and their love of the apartment shines through in the amount of amenities supplied, you wantfor nothing, is like being at home and the decor is very tasteful.The extended balcony overlooks the sea and is minutes from two good beaches, a beautiful park with adventure playground and centre of Netanya, it is also well located for touring the rest of Israel.We will certainly be returning.

  The flat is very comfortable and light with good-sized bedrooms, modern kitchen and nice lounge area. The location is great - in a quiet neighbour hood just south of Netanya but only a short car journey to a variety of beaches and restaurants/shopping areas and well-located betwen Tel aviv and Haifa.

  We had a fantastic holiday staying in this apartment. The building is beautiful - very well maintained and modern. The apartment itself is very spacious, really beautifully decorated and very well-equipped. We also made full use of the huge adventure playground that is next door to the building - it's fantastic for kids of all ages and has a great picnic and bbq area.
  The balcony is also really big and we ate outside loads. The view is fantastic and we really enjoyed the beautiful sunsets! I'd highly recommend this apartment.

  Stunning apartment with great facilities.

  Five of us stayed here in august 2010, the apartment was clean and well kept. Plenty of room with large spacious bedrooms too. The facilities were brilliant, with everything we needed on hand. Just across from the JNF park which was loved by the kids and serviced by busses just outside the main door. There is a big supermarket 5 mins walk away and Poleg is only a 10 min drive. Netanya centre is a 20 min bus ride, and would recommend a car to see other parts of Israel, however a parking space in the building is also included.

  This apartment is lovely,large and beautifully maintained with all mod.cons,in a well kept block.We felt good as soon as we entered.There is plenty of space for the whole family.A bonus is the large park adjacent to the block,with a terrific play area and barbeque area.We look forward to going back.

  We rented this apartment early November and were blessed with a beautiful home and stunning weather. The apartment had all we needed and more. Extremely comfortable, well stocked in the kitchen, a large terrace where we could see the sea all day and a sunset to die for! We rented a car but the bus stop and general amenities are very close. We loved it.
