This beautiful, modern ''Home away from Home'' which overlooks the Mediterranean Sea offers beautiful views. A ten minute walk from Poleg's sandy beach this three bedroom luxurious apartment is tastefully furnished and is aptly fitted with all the essential amenities for your convenience. Fully air-conditioned throughout this is a great place to stay with your family any time of year.

* The Master bedroom has a Queen bed with en-suite shower room and a view of the beach and the Mediterranean Sea.

* The Second bedroom is fully fitted with two single beds which can also be locked into King bed confiiguration.

* The Family bedr...oom/Playroom has 3 separate single beds and kids sofa bed. (Cot and highchair available on request).

* The contemporary kosher kitchen is equipped with all major appliances, with separate sinks (dishwasher is milky) and there are Shabbat timer controls. Strict observance of Kashrut is a requirement for the rental of this apartment.

* The dining table expands to seat 12 comfortably, so there is plenty of room for everyone. The spacious living area is open plan and leads to the balcony, great for al fresco dining (patio table seats 8). There are flat screen TVs and cable channels in both the main bedroom and living area and high speed wireless internet throughout the apartment.

* There are two bathrooms, each with their own toilet. One bathroom is equipped with a bath and the other with a large walk-in shower. There is also a separate guest toilet.

* All linen and bath towels are provided (beach towels are not provided) and the apartment has a Utility room with washing machine and dryer.

* Landline with cheap rate call function for UK and USA landlines.

* There is parking for two cars in the gated car park.

* Please note that smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment.

* Facilities in this prestigious luxury residential apartment building include a large lobby area, shared garden, three high speed elevators, including a Shabbat elevator

* Close to shops, cafes, synagogues, train station & public transport

* An English speaking representative will meet you on arrival to answer all questions.

* In order to secure a reservation a Security Deposit of US$700 is taken, which is refunded after your stay, less any breakages or damages.

* Payment to be made by transfer to owners bank account.

* The booking is confirmed after we have received your signed rental agreement and the deposit.

* The fee for cleaning at the end of the rental period is 250 ILS (which is not included in the rental price).

* Electricity is charged according to meter readings taken on arrival and departure.

* Full payment for the booking is due 8 weeks before arrival. If the booking is made less than 8 weeks before arrival, full payment should be made on booking.

* Arrivals & Departures outside Business Hours: If it becomes necessary for our representative to meet you on either your arrival or departure outside business hours, an additional amount of ILS150.00 (Israeli New Shekels) will be charged. Standard Israeli Business hours are Sunday to Thursday 8 am - 6 pm and Friday 8am - 1pm.

* Located at the heart of Israel, between the Iris Flower nature reserve and Poleg nature reserve and overlooking the Mediterranean shores, Ir Yamim the new luxurious development in Poleg, South Netanya is only a short drive from two of the major traffic routes in Israel: road no. 2 (the coastal highway) and road no. 6 (toll highway), positioning the apartment only 10 minutes away from Herzliya, 20 minutes from Tel-Aviv and 40 minutes from Haifa. Those who prefer public transportation have comfortable access to Beit Yehoshua train station, located nearby and to buses.

* You are a 10 minute walk from Poleg's beautiful sandy beach, with lifeguards in season, and the Bamboo Village restaurant. There are plenty of shops within a five minute walk from the apartment including Hairdresser, Bank, Café, Restaurant, and Supermarket. In the Poleg Hi-Tech Park (about 5 minutes by car) you will find a whole range of supermarkets, shops, bakeries, ice cream places, and restaurants, cinemas and more. The local Synagogue is a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

* Ir Yamim's huge shopping mall is now open. You are a short walk from this fantastic new shopping centre.

  We spent 2 weeks at this appartment with my wife and 2 kids. Very convenient with the kids as there is a playing field dedicated to the building. Exactly what was described. Very clean, convenient, close to the beach, well furnished.
  No real negative. Yonette was really helpful and we hope to be working again with such a pro.

  This is a beautiful and spacious apartment with easy access to a delightful, uncrowded beach. Yonete, the manager, made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Our every need was anticipated, with well-thought-out and detailed instructions and directions supplied for everything in the apartment and the surrounding community. We had a wonderful time in Netanya and would highly recommend this apartment! Our contact with the owner was also stress-free.

  I loved this bright, modern and spacious apartment with tasteful, modern furnishings in a landscaped area with several other blocks. Although the kitchen/dining/lounge is one area (as it is in many Israel apartments), it is spacious with a lovely balcony. There is a utility area and good sized bedrooms. The beach, which was very clean with a newly re-furbished restaurant, is a little bit of a walk and unless you are planting yourself on the beach for your stay, you will need a car. Easy parking. Central for travelling around the country. Nearby supermarket. Lovely new promenade was under construction (may now be completed all the way) to the centre of an always bustling Netanya.

  We wanted a rental which allowed us to have our young Israeli grand children and of course their parents pop in or sleep over. This we were able to do and the fact that there is a gated children's playground for the exclusive use of residents added to the attraction. Yonete came to our assistance when we noticed water on the floor in the hallway outside the flat, turned out to be the remaining water dripping out of a turned off tap but better safe than sorry.

  We were met at the flat when we arrived and all our questions were answered.
  The accommodation was lovely, the living rooms, bedrooms and balcony were brilliant. The proximity to the beach enabled us to enjoy the resort.
  The only problem was that all the local cafes and shops were shut on the Sabbath.
  We were given helpful advice for our departure and a very reasonable cab journey to the airport.

  Though most of the cafes and shops in the neighbourhood are closed for the Sabbath, the beach cafe - Bamboo Village is only a few minutes walk away and the Industrial area of Poleg with its many restaurants and shops, icecream parlours and cinemas which do open on the Sabbath is only a short car/taxi drive away.

  Every thing came up to our expectations. The apartment was well furnished and very comfortable. We chose this location to be close to family who live in Ramat Poleg and Ir Yamim and because it was close to the beach.

  The location was pleasant but the site was still being developed and promises to be much better in the future. There were still many amenities.
