This stunning fully air-conditioned, 3 bedroom luxury vacation rental apartment with 2.5 bathrooms and strictly kosher kitchen is situated on the 7th floor of a prestigious residential building in Ir Yamim (Poleg Beach), Netanya, with great sea views.

* Across the road from Poleg's sandy beach and a short walk to local Supermarket, Cafes and Tennis Centre and Ir Yamin's Shopping mall.

* The local Synagogue is a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

* The apartment is beautifully appointed and fitted to a high standard.

* Appliances include refrigerator, microwave, dish washer, washing machine, tumble dryer and iron.

... * The large Master Bedroom with Queen Bed has an en suite shower room, ample storage with cupboards and dresser, Flat Screen TV, Cable Channels and separate Air conditioning unit.

* The Second Bedroom has twin beds which can be set as a Queen bed, wardrobe and dresser.

* The Third Bedroom has twin beds which can also be set as a Queen and a wardrobe. All linen and bath towels are provided (beach towels are not provided).

* Sleeps 6

* Modern, well equipped kosher kitchen with breakfast bar. (oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer). Strict observance of Kashrut is a requirement for the rental of this apartment.

* Large, spacious, open plan living area with Flat Screen TV, Cable Channels, DVD player and high speed wireless internet.

* Dining table seats 6 or dine al Fresco on the balcony with a view of the Mediterranean Sea.

* Utility room with Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer.

* Parking for two cars in the gated car park.

* Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

* Facilities in this prestigious luxury residential apartment building include magnificent lobby area, shared gardens, three high speed elevators including Shabbat elevator and a park/playground for residents of the development.

* Location: Perfectly situated Located at the heart of Israel, between the Iris Flower nature reserve and Poleg nature reserve and overlooking the Mediterranean shores, Ir Yamim the new luxurious development in Poleg, South Netanya is only a short drive from two of the major traffic routes in Israel: road no. 2 (the coastal highway) and road no. 6 (toll highway), positioning the apartment only 10 minutes away from Herzliya with its lively port and numerous shops and restaurants, 20 minutes from Tel-Aviv the 24 hour city with its endless nightlife and cafe society, and 40 minutes from Haifa. Those who prefer public transportation have comfortable access to Beit Yehoshua train station, located nearby and to buses.

* An English speaking representative will meet you on arrival to answer all questions.

* A Deposit of US$700 is necessary to secure your booking.

* Payment to be made by transfer to owners bank account.

* The booking is confirmed after we have received your signed rental agreement and the deposit.

* Electricity is included in the rental rate, but we reserve the right to charge from the deposit if usage is excessive. (500kw/week) i.e. if there is any abuse, either damage or neglect. Leaving the air conditioning/fans/water heater on permanently would constitute abuse/neglect.

* The fee for cleaning at the end of the rental period is 300 Shekels (to be left for the cleaner at the end of your stay).

* Holiday makers cannot check-in or check-out during Sabbath hours (Friday evening to Saturday evening)

* Arrivals & Departures outside Business Hours - If it becomes necessary for our representative to meet you on either your arrival or departure outside business hours, an additional amount of ILS150.00 (Israeli New Shekels) will be charged. Standard Israeli Business hours are Sunday to Thursday 8 am - 6 pm and Friday 8am - 1pm

  We really enjoyed our recent stay in this lovely apartment. The main rooms were spacious and very clean. The apartment was well set up and, most importantly, the beds were comfy.
  The service from Yonete, property manager was excellent. She emailed with full, detailed instructions and offered help to get food etc in before we arrived. Any small problem was dealt with speedily. Makes for a stress-free vacation when the agent is so professional.
  Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and about 5 minutes walk from beach. Great location
