Property is located on a beautiful blvd that runs along the beach, on the 'beach side' of the road. It is in the north part of the city, 5 minutes walk to the central Kikar in down town. The area has many cafe's, restaurants, and shopping as well as cultural events. The apartment overlooks Netanya's famous promenade wich follows the cost line for kilometers. Great for strolling or jogging.

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks in October. We loved every minute of it. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The location is heavenly...right on the Mediterranean. The apartment is on the first floor of a recently remodelled building that is a 10 minute walk from the centre of Netanya, 5 minutes to the beach (just out the door and down the steps) and right across the street from a supermarket, hair salon, laundry, and 4 very good restaurants and coffee shops. In short the holiday in this flat was Heaven on Earth!!

Our family of 5 enjoyed a great stay in this ocean view apartment in Netanya. The apartment is quiet, well maintained and pin-neat and clean. It is geared towards convenience for visitors: there is no clutter or excess, and everything is self-explanatory (except the washer/dryer.)
Like most flats in Israel, it is small, but the layout and the roomy 2 bathrooms, make it very easy for a family to spread out. But the really best feature is the Mediterranean view and location. The views out the window are those of a cruise ship -- all you see is blue sea. When you leave the building, you are right on the path to the beach. There are lovely, non-touristic cafes and stores right across the street. Downtown Netanya gives one the feeling of an authentic working city. We enjoyed the Lower Galil and Tel aviv as days trips. Bring a GPS for driving: the roads are a bit confusing at first.
