With unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea this wonderful vacation home is located on Nitza Boulevard. The building's facilities include a beautiful outdoor pool in season, spacious lobby area, 2 elevators, including Shabbat elevator and gated parking.

The spacious living area is open plan and elegantly furnished to a high standard.
The dining table seats six and extends to seat 12
HD TV with cable channels in the living area and high speed wireless internet throughout the apartment.
Enjoy the view of the Mediterranean sea from the balcony where you can dine al fresco and watch the beautiful sunsets.
Bedrooms - The master bedroom includes a comfortable Queen size bed (seperate mattreses) , an en suite shower room, ample storage with cupboards and dresser and separate Air conditioning unit.
The second bedroom has two single beds, ample wardrobe space and a pool view.
The third bedroom has two single beds, ample wardrobe space and balcony access.
Linen and towels are provided.
The apartment is strictly kosher, milk and meat are separated and complete observence of Kashrut is required. The modern kitchen is equipped with all major appliances, large fridge/freezer, oven, 2 dishwashers (milk, meat), microwave. Hotplate, Shabbat Kettle and timeswitches provided.
Please note that smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Smokers can use the outside balcony.
There are 2 bathrooms the master bedroom's ensuite shower room ana a bathroom with bath and in -bath shower. The utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer lead from the bathroom.
An English speaking representative will meet you on arrival to answer all questions during your stay.
In order to secure a reservation we take a Security Deposit of US$700 which is refunded after your stay, less any breakages or damage.
The full rental is payable 30 days prior to your arrival.
Payment by bank transfer. Details on enquiry.
Rentals are confirmed by email after the deposit has been received and a signed rental agreement has been returned.
The fee for cleaning at the end of the rental period is 350 ILS (which is not included in the rental price).
Electricity is charged by the meter reading on arrival and departure.
Holiday makers cannot check-in or check-out during Sabbath hours (Friday evening to Saturday evening)

Arrivals & Departures outside Business Hours If it becomes necessary for our representative to meet you on either your arrival or departure outside business hours, an additional amount of ILS150.00 (Israeli New Shekels) will be charged. Standard Israeli Business hours are Sunday to Thursday 8 am - 6 pm and Friday 8am - 1pm
Location - The property is situated a 15 minute walk from the centre of Netanya with its restaurants and beautiful beaches. The nearest beach is the one opposite Kiryat Sanz (3-4 minutes from the apartment). It has separate bathing facilities and also normal beaches. (Most importantly there are far fewer steps to the beach than at the Atzmaut Square stairs. They are also more buggy friendly). You are a short walk to the local Seasons beach, and a short drive from South Netanya's Argaman Beach and the extensive white sands at Poleg.
There are 2 supermarkets in close proximity to the apartment, one in Kiryat Sanz (3-4 minutes' walk) and a fair size Coop (6-7 minutes' walk and 2 minutes in the car). Kiryat Sanz also has a bakery, a hardware store, money-changer, post office and shops that sell ready-cooked food all within a few minutes' walk. There is a small parade of shops just behind the building (in Rechov Nurok) where there is a greengrocer and a gents' hairdresser.
Located at the heart of Israel, overlooking the Mediterranean shores, Netanya is only a short drive from two of the major traffic routes in Israel: road no. 2 (the coastal highway) and road no. 6 (toll highway), positioning the apartment only 20 minutes away from Herzliya, 30 minutes from Tel-Aviv and 40 minutes from Haifa. Those who prefer public transportation have comfortable access to Netanya's train station, located nearby and to buses.
It's a 10 minute drive from Ir Yamim's new shopping mall with stores and restaurants and the Ir Yamim Tennis Center and a 20 minute drive from the Poleg Entertainment area. Where you will find a range of supermarkets, shops, bakeries, ice cream parlours, and restaurants, cinemas and more. There are various local synagogues within a 5 minute walk from the apartment. It is a 15 minute walk to Netanya's Independence Square.
