Policies
When reservations are made, a deposit of one night's lodging plus 1% state lodging tax and the cleaning/security fee is required
A three (3) night minimum stay is required during major holiday periods (Memorial Day weekend, Fourth of July, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving and Christmas)
Should you have more guests then your unit will accommodate, please notify the Edgewater staff in advance to book an additional rental unit to accommodate your guests. Each unit has its own maximum occupancy that is strictly enforced. If the maximum occupancy is exceeded, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be asked to leave without a refund. Additionally, you will be added to the "Do Not Rent" list and will not be allowed to rent from Edgewater Motel and Vacation Rentals.
