This home has been in the family for generations! Come stay with us and enjoy great views - being close to the beach access and everything that the pristine Netarts Bay has to offer.

Relax in a tastefully updated home that is not so polished that you can't let your children play. There is ample room for kids to run and play in the large and rustic yard!

We love having dog guests and take pride in providing a retreat for them as well, so they can enjoy the beach with their family too!

Rental Information:

This 3 bdrm, 1 bath cottage boasts an additional sleeping loft that your kids will adore!

Total, there are 2 qu...een sized beds, 1 full bed and 2 twin beds.

The main floor bathroom has a large tub and shower.

There are bay views, glowing wood floors and a huge yard for star-gazing in.

The dining area seats six with bay views.

The living room offers a bay view from the cushy sofa.

The kitchen has great counter space, is light and is fully equipped.

There are two televisions, a VCR and DVD player. No cable.

The rates are based upon an occupancy of 4, but the home sleeps 8 max.Read more

The cleaning fee for this home is $75-$100 and is based on occupancy.
Security Deposit to be held on credit card authorization (to insure against breakage, replacement, damage costs)

Pet charge $10 a night per pet.

Minimum $50 CANCELLATION FEE will be retained for ALL Reservations.
Reservation changes: $25.00 fee will apply.
Reservation Deposits:(1st night rent & signed guest agreement) for PEAK Season (Memorial Day weekend
thru Labor Day weekend) are NON REFUNDABLE.

IF LESS THAN 30 DAYS prior your arrival, ALL MONIES ARE FORFEITED, NO REFUND
WILL BE GIVEN. Power and phone outages are common in coastal villages, especially in the stormy
season and do not constitute an emergency or basis for refund.

REFUNDS will not be issued for: Early departures or late arrivals Acts of nature (storms, power,
phone outages) Personal allergies or sensitivities to coastal conditions.

  This house is so perfect for a couple to stay at. It is right above beautiful Netarts Bay, where there's crabbing, clamming, and a abundance of beauty.Its a short walk to the bay, or ocean which was great. The Schooner Restaurant is very close by which is absolutely delicious! I definitely recommend this restaurant to couples, families, or solo.
  
  For the cabin, its very comfy, and has a wonderful peaceful feeling about it. My wife and I just relaxed and enjoyed the smell of the ocean and each others company. Its located away from busy highway, or allot of traffic. If you get a chance to stay there please do so! Netarts pearl is great!
