Luxurious studio, totally refurbished recently, by the lagoon.
The studio is perfect located on the French side, in Nettle Bay, close to everything, shops, restaurants, water sports ... In a small residence in the lagoon, very quiet, safe in gate community, with a swimming pool and direct access to the beach.
Few minutes from the Dutch side with casinos and nightclubs.
You will enjoy the place with beautiful living room and bedroom, very nice bathroom, covered terrace with bar and kitchen, dining area, a beautiful lagoon view, all in lounge atmosphere , full equiped with the quality of the furniture and equipments.

Place was clean and well-equipped with basics.
we only have one complaint.
When we arrived on Saturday, the a/C was broken, which it took them until Tuesday to fix it. Although we were given a fan, but for three nights of our stay we could not sleep comfortably.
We understand that delay in fixing this problem was not owner's fault, but this whole issue was preventable. One would expect owner to check the property before arrival of the guests to make sure everything is as promised, and not wait until the weekend, when no one is around to fix a potential issue.
Maybe this is the norm in St. Martin to provide only average service. Or perhaps, owner of this property does not know/care about customer satisfaction. Either way, we would not stay in Blue Lagoon again.
Ps. when we were looking for our accommodation in St Martin, Blue Lagoon had many good reviews. It seems strange that it is now a completely new listing and does not have any reviews.
