The studio is situated in the district of Nettle Bay, narrow sand band between sea and lagoon, on one of the 30 beaches of St Martin, at 2 miles from Marigot. Within walking distance: bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, French gourmet market, caterer, pizzeria, car rental, laundry, spa, water sports… Its situation, halfway between Marigot and the Dutch side, is ideal for a visit of both sides of the island. You can choose to stay on the French side to discover Grand Case and its gourmet restaurants, Orient Bay nicknamed “The St Tropez of the Caribbean” and Marigot, or take the colourful road of the Lowlands, residential district where you can find the most beautiful villas of the island, to go to the Dutch side and join the Maho district, its colored neon lights Las Vegas way, and its nocturnal activities.

We recently spent two weeks at Palm on the Beach condo at the Nettle Bay Beach Club, and we highly recommend the apartment, the location, and the host, Marie-Pierre! The condo is newly remodeled, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated in blues and yellows. It has a wonderful terrace with stunning views of the ocean. The location is great—a few miles outside of Marigot but in its own community complete with a good bakery and excellent restaurants. Marie-Pierre met us at the apartment and gave us a warm welcome with lots of tourist information. We will definitely return! (We also recommend renting a car from Claude at Discount Car Rental. His office is just a block from the apartment and he picks you up at the airport. His customer service is excellent.)
